People this is absolutely true, i didn't know this when my boy was growing up. We put him in an Seventhday Adventist school and they forbid all the processed food. He went from an D student and almost put on meds, to an A student within 4 weeks.
They forbid processed food? They sure do MAKE alot of it...
Thank gAwD
Umm soy products??
Adventist people do NOT make processed food nor do they encourage eating it. @rcristy
@@rebeccamcswain2059 bruh I used to be sda and went to the indoctrinated church camps and had all that nasty ass soy meat. What do you think soy meat is?
I am very disturbed by this information. Just when I thought I had knowledge of supplement ingredients, I now have more to add to the list of 'bad' stuffs. I am also very grateful for this knowledge and just spent the last 45 minutes going through my inventory and am tossing out the bad. Thank you!
I was aware about the poo in the vitamins, that is why I take them.
It’s good bioavailable amino acids and just some extra units of energy to keep you going.
heh. poop breath.
more protein
You should be disappointed that it's merely a poo derivative
Yo ass foolish for that comment
Idk about my vitamins, but there’s definitely human waste in our government.
😂
Your absolutely correct!
😂😂😂
Its in the f00d §¥§tem now... 😢
can we get a masterlist? is there a pattern to recognizing these compounds? how can we distinguish compounds that are natural vs toxic byproducts from waste
Excellent questions!
I hope that the channel replies. 🙏
They usually have a number.
Which vitamin brands should we be buying? I want to take clean vitamins.
Beef and eggs!! :) don't look at brand, look at the ingredient label. Good topic for an educational video actually - 'how to pick the right supplement'
If it’s got a label, don’t bother..
Ain’t no multi vit’s worth buying, all crap, mostly made by the same people and then the powder then sold to brands..
@@sharkymoon422 ... All food items have labels (eggs, beef, honey, etc.). Not all of them are bad. Not all packages are created equal.
I go with Thorne or Life Extension. The best from my years of looking for the ideal supplement. Problem is, they're expensive
@@vrilgod4176 thanks! Yes, at this point, willing to pay for quality for my natural health.
Eating meat organs and eggs will give you all the B vitmains you need and avoid grains, more carbohydrates you eat the more B vitamins your body needs so eat less carbohydrates.
Make sure your eggs say FREE Range :)
I love what you guys are doing, this information is being hidden from us.
When I did a youtube search on how they make cyanocobalamin, I see a ton of videos on you good it is for you. None on how they make it...yet.
That’s what I got also
It's important to always question what you are puting in your body - in the full podcast they talk about the filtration of water before the temple or using the temple to filter ( temple being your body) this is also the same with..... other stuff you stick in your body.
I would love a comprehensive list of all "vitamins, minerals, hormones etc)
Years ago I remember when I learnt about BCAA"s.. Most BCAA powders are derived from animal-based sources like bird feathers, animal fur, human hair (yuck!), and keratin, which is a protein found in skin and nails
INSTANTLY I stopped wasting my money on supplements lol
Paul has it right when he talks about doing the basics as a human, earth yourself, eat nose to tail, Raw milk (cow/goat) , raw honey etc this will cover majority of your body chemistry and electron intake sufficiently.
if we do not understand... we do become the human landfill
One thing I want to understand more deeply is "regenerative detoxification" sounds like a oxymoron however the idea of enabling the body to eliminate all of these accumulative substances within the body and then to have the "DNA" reset and start producing correct cells that function.
It’s so hard to find things that truly healthy now a days, seems pretty much everything has toxic additives 🤢🤮

That's exactly the point. More problems means more solutions to sell to the point where you can't solve anything on your own anymore and are completely reliant on the industry in question
So just to be clear, methylcobalamin is good? Not sourced from sludge?
Correct
I'm watching your interview with Thomas DeLauer about you trying rice and potatoes in my TV while I watch this on my phone. 😂
I was wondering if you've ever had Job's Tears? We call it hatomugi in Japan.
It's like barley, but it's gluten free and it has health benefits. You can eat it like rice. 😁
Please try it. Just make sure it's organic. 😅
Can you make a video discussing the effects of tea tree oil and lavender on male hormones in men and boys... This stuff is in everything
How come Ancient Nutrition Woman’s Vitality has Fermented Cyanocobalamin for B12????? How can you recommend Ancient Nutrition
Im shocked I thought I knew alot about the vitamin industry and this just threw a curve ball at me. Whats even crazier it doesn’t even pop up when you search for it
Love your video, I think your thumbnail would get a higher click through rate if you remove that out of focus barn background. This would increase the contrast in the thumbnail and make it stand out more.
-I work on RUclips as well, for the orthotropics channel, and from my testing this would really increase your reach. Would love to see a bigger audience.
This man has avoided committing the single most ANNOYING error when using mathematics in the growth of a quantity.
Where most would carelessly say “an exponential increase,” he said a “parabolic increase”
Amazingly rare treatment of the math, and I appreciate it wholeheartedly.
Its insane we use folic acid as a "salt" in ag for nutrients for rice here in cali. I hated folic acid loads because we used 12 or so 2.5 gallon jugs a load and would do 12 loads for a couple hundred acres.
What im getting at is a regular load of round up glyphosate would be 5gals for a heavy load.
In other words we are DUMPING this shit into our food
Appreciate You Sir And Paul💯
Mr. Saladino,
What do you think about supplementing with Methylene Blue?
Supplementing with a dye?
@@MichelleLyn84
Yes, there appears to be overwhelming research demonstrating its effectiveness as an antioxidant, outperforming vitamin C.
Paul, what do you think?
I've heard a guy named HESIENBERG uses this in the gallons.. 😂
Omg this is shocking! Thanks for sharing. Please More Information on this
Excellent and thanks for sharing
caynocobalamin? for a while I have looked for vitamins without this and I cant find one at any store.. cvs, walgreens, walmart, so on.

Avoid synthetic supplements, eat a few extra eggs per day (preferably raw) and you will benefit a lot more from that.
Why raw?
@@RealMTBAddict Cooking eggs destroys a decent amount of the micro nutrients and proteins.
Eating raw eggs is pretty safe, I've eaten both high and low quality eggs raw and never gotten sick from it.
@@RealMTBAddict However I understand that it's hard to get into the habbit of drinking raw eggs, some suggestions I can give are:
1. Drink only the egg yolk, or mix the the egg yolk and egg white together, tastes delicious.
2. Mix egg yolk with raw orange juice, tastes amazing. I've also tried mixing egg yolk with energy drink, works pretty well.
3. Make milkshake and add egg yolk to it.
@@patrickbateman260 "If you're choosing raw eggs because of the protein punch, it might surprise you that cooked eggs can actually give your body more protein. Cooking eggs breaks down the protein, making it easier for you to digest, which means your body will have more protein to use."
@@RealMTBAddict bro I have heard about that idea, but no you won't get more bioavailable protein from cooking eggs, cooking eggs objectively destroys a decent amount of the protein.
When did they start fortifying cereal with cyanocobalamin?
When they started to fortify wheat and grain products, and the USDA made it mandatory to do so.
Doc what do you think about other forms of liver supplements such as cod liver oil?
If you could only afford 1 heart and soil supplement, which would you go with ?
My son acted like that I could never figure out why.
that's why I don't see any result when using these stuff
Don't forget about the blood products they're putting into food. RUclips video on blood plasma is frightening.
Hi Paul, sorry to bother, I wanted to ask you if you would be willing to do a debate with Prof. Bart Kay about fruit in a carnivore diet.
I'm asking because he says judgments without however having a debate about your decision.
thanks mile 😊🙏
Paul I saw your video on ice cream recently. You got any animal based baking ideas? Need some cookies in my life.
Mix 4 eggs with 8oz of cottage cheese or any thick dairy for that matter and make crepes it’s amazing, or cook egg whites thinly and make 1 ingredient chips or add some raw cheese after its cooked on them to keep the benefits of unpasteurized dairy.
Beef, casein and/or whey protein powders (and even pork rinds that are powdered) can act as flour and can be used to make mug cakes, protein ice cream, Brownies, cookies, etc. It takes some creativity and trial and error, but it can be done!
This! Would be cool to see Paul branching out into cooking channel 😂
I don't follow his diet but I do enjoy him making recipes. That's actually my favourite content from him.
Half and half, eggs maple syrup, salt and cocoa powder make a stellar ice cream!
Good grief 😱👀🙅🏾♀️
my questions are WHY???? And how is this legal???
I buy the peak performance supplement packs from melaleuca
😢
Greetings from Germany ❤
What do u use for washing your clothing ? 😅
Vinegar or baking soda
Is it possible to gain weight on an animal based diet? I need to put on weight, was eating 3000-3500 calories a day and not seeing any results. Should I add some carbs in? What do i do? Eating a full ribeye at lunch and over a pound of meat at dinner didn’t help and I’m lost
Are you underweight or trying to build? Incorporating specific weighted work outs can help build muscle weight.
You should eat A LOT of protein. Your body will convert the excess protein into sugar through the process of gluconeogenesis. Eat lean meat so you get more protein with little fat.
If you're underweight then eat carbs
Carbs are necessary!!
Yeah, you're going to want to eat white rice. Look into the bodybuilder and powerlifter Stan Efferding and he has 'The Vertical Diet'. Which is heavy on red meat, rice, and vitamin and mineral rich foods. Eating excessive protein will not make you gain weight, and it's going to make you go broke.
Can someone who believes in Paul explain why without using anecdata?
🙏✝️🤴
I smell BS, but not from the B12. Nobody is sourcing b12 from sewage at a commercial level. There is a way to do it, but it’s not cost effective so no company does this. This guy is just trying to sell his brand of vitamins and tests. Just a heads up🤘
So that's why vitamins always smell like absolute shit.
So where's their source that cyanocobalamin is made from human waste? Yes it can be found in human waste. It can also be found in other things. You can't just make claims and accusations without proof.
Does the government know this ?
neat
So when you are pregnant I thought they had women on folic acid.
How come you can show vegan kids the entire process of where their food comes from, but you can’t show kids on a meat inclusive diet where their food comes from? They’re kept in the dark about it.
Getting off red meat was the best thing I did, this guy is clueless!
Everyone is different, what works for you might be detrimental to someone else.
@@stevet1396 you mean how my cholesterol dropped and I don't have chest pains anymore
@@tonymaurice4157 ya, some people eat large amounts of red meat over long periods of time with no cholesterol issues. To each their own.

Don’t get it mixed up. We all eat poo.
I liked the part where they confirmed there is human waste in our vitamins.
The byproduct of human waste processing is used as a cheaper alternative to certain vitamins such as B12. >That’s what this whole video was about.
