It's important to always question what you are puting in your body - in the full podcast they talk about the filtration of water before the temple or using the temple to filter ( temple being your body) this is also the same with..... other stuff you stick in your body.
I would love a comprehensive list of all "vitamins, minerals, hormones etc)
Years ago I remember when I learnt about BCAA"s.. Most BCAA powders are derived from animal-based sources like bird feathers, animal fur, human hair (yuck!), and keratin, which is a protein found in skin and nails
INSTANTLY I stopped wasting my money on supplements lol
Paul has it right when he talks about doing the basics as a human, earth yourself, eat nose to tail, Raw milk (cow/goat) , raw honey etc this will cover majority of your body chemistry and electron intake sufficiently.
if we do not understand... we do become the human landfill
One thing I want to understand more deeply is "regenerative detoxification" sounds like a oxymoron however the idea of enabling the body to eliminate all of these accumulative substances within the body and then to have the "DNA" reset and start producing correct cells that function.
