This was so much more helpful than Amazon website - Thank you!
Thank you! This was what I’ve been looking for. Nobody tells you this, I’m sick, but just follows you!
Glad I could help!
This is truly the best video I've seen. You're amazing, Anna. Thank you for this valuable information.
So glad it helped!
Thank you Ana!!! You are amazing ❤️
Just set this up, wanted to say thanks, was much easier than I thought!
So glad to hear!
Hello Ana. Be encouraged! Your vid was most helpful Thank you.
So much easier to understand than the response I got from Amazon Associates customer service! Thanks Ana, your videos are fantastic. Clear, direct and with specific, relevant step by step items. I had no idea I had to link the accounts, and am now wondering how many commissions I have lost due to not having applied to the international Amazon Affiliate programs and linking my accounts, I thought that registering in the US site was enough as Amazon's website is so complicated. Now, I'm going to capture those sales!
Thanks so much! It means a lot to hear this was helpful and that it made a difference.
Thanks for making this Ana. It inspires me to keep going!
So glad to hear
Wow, that helped me a lot. Thank you.
Thank you, that was very helpful. I wanted to do that ages ago and it was so complicated, so I forgot about it!
Glad it was helpful!
Very helpful, thank you
Thank you very much for this video. Had no idea this was a thing, and looks like I missed out on some international sales ☹️
Glad it was helpful and hope you're able to catch up on those sales now!
Very helpful thank you
Super helpful!
Thank you for the very helpful tips!
Very clear voice and step-by-step and the timing is perfect Anna was useful and if not for you it would have been very difficult to understand thank you.
Thank you so much 🙂
I'm glad i came across this video, you explained this the best among other videos i've watched on this topic, i didn't understand about one link and didn't know that i have to sign up for other Amazon accounts to make my links work. I even asked the Amazon associates customer service about this, they didn't explain anything about one link as i was questioning whether my links work worldwide. I just signed up for 1 Amazon account (US account), then i copied and pasted my Amazon links on my site thinking that anyone in the world that click on my links would be able to purchase via my links and i'll get commissions. How come even the Amazon customer service didn't tell me that i was doing it wrong. Luckily i watched this your video, i think i'll have to apply what you suggested in the video, wish me luck :) Thank you! 🌟
They do have some tutorials on their associates dashboard on it, so I am surprised they haven't referred you to it. But they probably just took the lazy way out and didn't understand why your links weren't working worldwide.
Glad this help you set them up though!
Excellent video!! Very useful!! Thank you XD
Hello dear Anna, I've just subscribed your channel. At first glance I'm love in your way of presenting contents
Very informative, thank you! I did it.
Glad it helped!
@TikTokFinds Try accessing the link directly if it doesn't show up under "Tools" at affiliate-program.amazon.com/p/stores/globalstore.
I just found your profile and love it! Thank you! I’m not sure if you’re still responding to comments since this is an older video but I have a question- Amazon is against any kind of link “cloaking” so I’m surprised that they haven’t flagged using one link in some way. I know it’s not technically cloaking the link, but I was just curious- since making this video have you had any issues or backlash with using another company to help streamline your Amazon links? I view Amazon as kind of strict in this department so I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Very helpful, thank you ☺️
About 3:05. I believe this step is not needed anymore. It's not in amazon page anymore and it should work automatically now.
I see that!! I need to film an updated version of the video.
It seems like you can still easily connect international store IDs but they will create the redirects by just selecting the country as well without separate accounts.
I am finally going through this process. Thanks for this very helpful Video.
Cheers from LA.
So glad to hear!
informative🙂
Such a great video. Very concise and clear 👍 Just to confirm.. Even if i am a uk amazon user i have to do the onelink start up on the us amazon affiliates page first and then link my uk link to the us one rather than the other way round ? Thank you
Yes, that's correct!
i found this very helpful !
I do have one question, adjusting the redirection preferences, i just made all the new accounts but they dont show up in the list.
Do you think i have to wait for them to be confirmed ?
Give it a couple of days, but they should show up even for new accounts after that! Or try logging in to the different Amazon affiliate accounts for those marketplaces and going to redirection preferences under One Link for those.
For example: affiliate-program.amazon.co.uk/onelink/?ac-ms-src=ac-nav - it shows up as a dropdown here.
And you have to select each country from "Selected Geo for International traffic" for the preferences to refresh and select them manually for each.
Same for the US - go to affiliate-program.amazon.com/p/stores/redirectionPreferences and then pick different areas from "Select other geography" to change the settings for each. Your store ids should appear there.
OMG, wish id watched this video first, I set up UK first as description during associate sign up said you must sign up in the country that you are based, and after only 5 days im getting traffic in the US
What a great video. Thanks
Is there any way I could link all my favorite products in one link? Like a public shopping list? For international do I get separate links or it just one link that will redirect my viewers to different countries? Thank you so much for all the information.
If you use your Amazon . com affiliate links, these will automatically redirect based on your customers location for that product and page.
You can try create public wish lists - www.amazon.co.uk/hz/wishlist/intro - and generating affiliate links to those. But not sure if One Link is made to work with those. Worth trying!
Creating your product lists on your own website might be the best solution for that, as you can add and edit products as you please.
Other than that, even Amazon influencers have to have separate links based on where the products are listed.
@@TheSheApproach thank you so much for your kind information
Hello Ana, thank you for your kind information! i have a question, so i do use LinkTree, and i want to setup one link that can include all my gear from amazon instead of setting up every link at the time! is that a thing ? thank you
Yes - you can absolutely do that!
does it work the same way for the influencer program? because I joined the influencer program thru the UK site but I also want a US link for my storefront … can you explain briefly please ?
Unfortunately no, you need to create 2 storefronts for both of those and share both links. Something like "Shop my UK storefront / Shop my US storefront".
Hello, I like your videos, perhaps you have amazing teaching
Dear Ana! Thank you so much for this Video!
My question: can I also setup an one Link Account being in Germany? OR can I have an USA- Amazon Account being in Germany?
You can have affiliate accounts globally even if you don't live in that country. It's just so you can facilitate local links for your audience.
Hi I love it but I have a query I am already with my US account but I would like other stores should I register with another country or I attach them when I apply for my ONELINK.
Yes - you need to create separate affiliate accounts first for the countries you also want to link, and then connect them via One Link and linked stores.
Hi Ana, grateful I discovered your channel, very helpful content. do you sign up for an Amazon Associates account with your regular Amazon details? Cheers
Heya - yes you can. You usually need an Amazon account for that marketplace, and you sign-in to that when signing up to be an Amazon affiliate.
Hi Ana, I've got a question. I'm a member of your FB group, recently one of the members made a purchase through my link, but in my Amazon account, I'm still seeing 0 purchases. I also get clicks but haven't got any sales. Do you have any ideas why is this happening?
Heya - sales sometimes take a while to show up in your account. Give it a few days, then see if you can find in your reports any items ordered. (They sometimes wait for the item to be shipped for it to count)
If it still doesn't show up, either Amazon didn't count the sale or your cookies were overrode by something else (basically they didn't use your link right). But give it some time and double-check!
@@TheSheApproach Thanks, Ana
Hi, do you need to go into every countries’s account add the other IDs or just from your main account & US? Thanks
I do it just to make sure! But the new One Link will automatically connect your US account to Canada, France, Germany,
Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom automatically, without needing an account for each.
Hi Anna, this is an amazing video thank you so much🙏 i have amazon sweden and us one link set up now. Does it matter which account im using when I share my link or should I only use USA amazon store one link account is registered there? Thank you!
I usually use the US links as a default, but it should work both ways! Just keep in mind that if users are browsing and hiding their location, your initial link will be the one they get shown.
Thanks for the info Ana! just what I was looking for. Running into this blocker though when I try to add a country through 'earn globally' one link tool page: "Adding new countries to earn from is currently unavailable. Please check back soon to try again."
I have created a Canadian and US Amazon Associates account so not sure why this error. Maybe just have to wait some more since I just created them or maybe need to get 3 sales first idk.
It's a temporary error - do give it some time and come back to it. But hopefully it should resolve soon. Until then, share the US affiliate links.
understood, thanks for the reply!
Thanks for this clear explanation. So once the international accounts are linked to the US account, which store ID do you use on your links? I have a number of US store IDs. Can I use any of them, or just the primary original ID on my US account?
I use my US links and ID for that, as those geo-locate the best. And I want those to be the default links if someone is browsing with a private browser for example and their location isn't available.
If you have multiple IDs, use the main one, or use the correct one for each website if you have multiple websites. They should still geo-locate, but they will help you track which website or account generated the sale.
@@TheSheApproach Great. Thank you Ana. Much appreciated.
Question? What if you are beginning and just trying it out on the side of your full time work? How does filling in taxes for other countries work? If you're from the UK? Thanks
I have a whole video on doing taxes as a blogger in the UK here: ruclips.net/video/QVp-3f6OQa0/видео.html.
But basically, you can start declaring your earnings and expenses even if you are part time. You won't have to pay anything until your full earnings go over the tax threshold - but you only pay taxes on the profit.
Love ur content!
How do I get back to this option: 3:47 - I forgot to add them when I signed up :S ..please tell me that there is a way to get back to that option.
If you skipped it when you got started, just join separately through Amazon UK associates. You have to go through the application process again, but it will automatically create the other European marketplaces at the end for you, similar to how it was shown here.
hi Ana can you please tell us.. Do we use one website with multiple tracking IDs like in USA UK, CANADA, etc?
Yes - you can link multiple store IDs under one account, and have them on the same website. Just link them together from your Tools > One Link settings.
thankyou, do I need a certain amount of followers on you tube for the link to work or does that not matter ?
There's no follower requirement. Just set your videos to public.
Hi. Thanks for the detailed tutorial! I have a website which runs an amazon plugin where I can set one store id, where in my case, I put the US ID. Let's say I link my other EU accounts properly and input their store IDs in Onelink, and I keep my US ID on my website. Therefore, if someone from the EU countries clicked on a link from my website and purchased, will I get credit? Or do I need to set the german ID for a link for germany (for example). Thanks!
If you set up One Link, and made sure to connect it on all marketplaces, you can set the US store id in your plugin (or any other id of your choice).
Your audience will be redirected to the marketplace of their location, and the store id you have for that marketplace will be activated automatically - so you should receive credit.
This is so helpful. Thank you. One question (apologies if I missed this) but I had one link that I used for the UK and have now set up all the other international accounts. Does the original link that I’ve been using now redirect people to their local national store or do I need to create new links? Thanks in advance.
hey there, can you please tell me when you selected all the countries through Onelink did you fill the tax info for all those countries specially Canada?
Canada is showing 25% withholder tax.
did you fix it to 0%?
You won't need to fix the links, as they will redirect automatically once you've created the connection. I use my US links as default, because that's where the bulk of my audience is from and if there's an issue with geo-targeting, my best bet is to have them redirected to the US, but it's a personal choice.
Did you fill out the tax form? They withhold it sometimes until you fill that out, as they legally need to.
Thank you for sharing! After register for the one link, are we going to generate the link from our USA Amazon account? And it will direct the audience to the corresponding country? It seems it works on desktop browsers but when it comes to mobile, the link doesn't work and ask me if I want to change country. Does this happen?
Yes, that's correct! Browser will probably work better as it's easier to track the location, while this setting might be off on some phones.
Hi Ana, if I'm gonna create the affiliate for the US, do I still have to fill the tax information of the US account to get the money received if I'm from Spain?
Heya. Nope! You will fill out a tax form with Amazon that states you are located outside of the US, and you are not a US citizen. So based on the treaty the two countries have, you will be paid without any tax being withheld (usually). You will just need to pay tax on your overall earnings in Spain based on the rules there.
Thank you, I've faced a problem which says the earn globally feature is unavailable, can you tell me why and what I can do, thank you again
It's a temporary Amazon error - it's showing up for everyone right now. Frustrating, but do check back in a few days.
Hey, so I'im stuck on the section related to the TIN, where it asksus to choose : " Location of services performed " which should I choose and what does this mean? Thanks
Choose the country you reside in!
Might be a silly question, but do I use the same sitestripe link to share links to all of my onelink countries?
Yes - once you put that in place, you can share one site stripe link (for USA for example) and it will retarget and redirect to the country closest to the buyer.
Wow!!! Finally I found all my answers by just watching your video. Thanks so much for making this video for beginner like me. XOXO!!
Nice video Ana
But my country isn't eligible. Please what should I do
This is only available in countries where Amazon delivers.
Hi Ana, Great video. After watching this video, I'm setting up Onelink. I had signed up for affiliate account in Canada store a few days back. After that only I learned about Onelink. Now I signed up for US and UK store and signed up for Onelink from US store. Linked Canada and UK store ids from US account. Setup close match. My question is about creating product links.
(1)If I want to promote a product for Onelink from Canada store, is it just like creating a usual product link on Canada store and placing on my website? Or I am missing some steps?
(2) Similarly, Can I create the product links from US store and UK store if I want to promote some other products from those stores?
If I do just this, will audience be redirected to their respective country stores, irrespective of whether the original product I created was on Canada, US or UK store?
Heya! Great job setting up One Link.
I use Amazon US links for most of the products I promote - as the geo-tag and redirection works best for that. So Canadian users will be automatically take to Amazon CA for your links, without you needing to add a canadian link. However, if the priority is Amazon CA, or you are linking to a product that is only on that marketplace, use the CA link (grab it via the site stripe).
But yes - if you've set up the One Link and connected all the store IDs from all the respective dashboards, they should redirect.
@@TheSheApproach Thanks Ana for your prompt reply. It’s really helpful for me. In the meantime, I added two ads from US Store each on my two websites to see how it works. This is my observation.
1) I checked one website through someone from India. Both ads on that directed to US Amazon. I guess, onelink may not work from India.
2) When I checked this same website from Canada using a vpn (with uk as selected location), both the links were redirected to Amazon canada (the items were available on CA also). But I don’t know why it was not redirected to US as I created the link from there. Any idea?
3) When I checked the other website using vpn (which had two other ads as I told), it was redirected to UK store correctly , where there were similar products of same brand. I think these two links worked correctly.
Btw, my ads are image and text link
4) For a curiosity when I checked in Canada account, I see UK store as a linked store. In UK store I’m seeing Canada as a linked store. But US store is not mentioned anywhere. But my onelink setting in US store shows I am linked to UK & Canada stores successfully.
Is this normal?
Thanks in advance! And really sorry to bother you!
How to create account for US or Uk if you live in germany ?
Ive done all steps you recommended but can not unable some countries which i cant get traffic from.
thak you
You don't have to live in those countries to create an account. Just find the right registration page.
Hello! thanks Ana for sharing all this info. I've been trying for ages to set this up but every time it say "We are unable to globalize your store. Please try again." do you (or does anyone one else) know why this is happening and how to fix it?!!? TIA
Hmm, this is the first I hear of this error. Screenshot it if it happens again and contact Amazon directly.
My link stores page doesn't show any stores linked except the main one and on the OneLink - Redirect Preferences it show the same store name for all countries. Maybe this is an update that your store name can be the same for all countries?
If there are no linked stores, you might need to set them up first. Otherwise they won't show under preferences either.
From what I've seen, different countries always have slightly different store ids/names so they can track it properly. But check the email they sent after the application, or log into each affiliate program for the relevant countries, and look in the left side corner to double-check.
I got denied for tax info for Canada could i have answer a question wrong ?
I have viewers also from India and brazil. they're were not on this initial list like UK german spain france canada etc. what do you do about these?
Unfortunately it only works for countries where Amazon has warehouses and where they ship out to.
@@TheSheApproach ah. makes sense. thanks for responding 👍
Ok, but once you have all the countries linked, does this mean that the product link you copy from sitestripe at the top of the page is valid for any country? So I can copy the link from a product on Amazon USA and it will automatically redirect my German audience to Germany? Is that the Link we talk about or are there other links that need to be taken into consideration?
Mostly yes. If the product is available in multiple marketplaces, it will link to the same product. If not, it will link to similar products instead.
This was exactly my question whether my country link would redirect to another country's link on Amazon's. Thnx
So I want to sign up for other countries, However does this complicate taxes? I don't know what the tax law is for all of this. Is it straightforward if we are in the US or is this considered earning income from these countries? Or no?
It will depend! But usually, you just declare all international payments in your main country and won't have to pay additional foreign taxes as you are a resident of your main country.
Hi, and thanks for the great tutorial. I have an Australian account and have just added a US, Canadian and UK account, so now I have 4 accounts. I will work my way through the other relevant accounts later. I do not have my Australian account showing. Hopefully, an easy fix. Any suggestions? New sub. Thanks again, Brendan.
Have you tried logging in to the AU dashboard directly?
Here's the link for it: affiliate-program.amazon.com.au/
Sometimes it takes a while to sync all of them in the Consolidated Report page.
@@TheSheApproach Cheers and thanks.
How do I payment setup if I'm not a US resident? How will I get payment?
They do international payments as well.
can we send direct affiliate of certain product to family or friends who genuinely buys items from Amazon
No, those sales won't count.
I could not sign up account of china and japan from existing amazon usa account wats the reason i made account for spain uk canada nd others
Thanks but I am unable to Add Amazon payment method that I added in my UAE account...
Anna if i link a UK established account with over three sale etc will it still delete it if i dont get anymore sales in 190 days ?
Nope. Once you made the first 3 qualifying sales, your account is active and you won't get kicked out if you don't make any more sales in a while.
Hello Ana, I have configured Spain, US, Mexico, and Italy, but how can I start using onelink? Do I need to do something else? Can I use a text link from the amazon sitestripe and my followers will click and get redirected to their amazon country?
Yes - if you've created the connections per the tutorial, the links will automatically target the Amazon based on the location of the person who clicks.
@@TheSheApproach thanks! Do you have a video talking / showing how to use the Amazon API? I'm interested in using it in a new web project
@@TALENTCRAZY I don't. I just know you need to be approved (so make 3 sales + get the approval email from them) to have access to the API. I just connect it to the apps I use from there. Where are you looking to use it on?
@Ana - The She Approach I'm a software developer trying to do some experiments with Angular/Node websites.
At the end I would like to have 3 to 5 reusable custom components for personal usage. (Search Bar, Top Rating, Only Prime filter, etc)
Something like AAWP does with WordPress but on my own and without WP limitations.
I'm stuck at the link checker spot in setting up my affiliate account. How do you get the https URL link to put in the box?
Just generate an affiliate link via the Site Stripe - it should have the https automatically.
Hi Ana, thanks for this tutorial! I am in Canada and it doesn't list Canada as an option for my bank location. As a result, I'm not able to set up direct deposit. The only other payment option available in the drop down menu is gift card. Am I missing something?
Is this in your US Amazon Associates account? You should be able to select "Pay by direct deposit" from affiliate-program.amazon.com/p/stores/paymentPreferences and then it will ask you separately where your bank is located.
facing the same problem as well as a Canadian
@@TheSheApproach when we click on "Add Bank Account" and select "Bank Location" the drop down menu doesn't have Canada as an option for whatever reason
@@TysonAllen99 When you enter your sin number it automatically fills it out
@@TysonAllen99 That is so odd! Try selecting a US bank account and then inputting the Canadian bank account and see if it goes through. Someone below mentioned that it automatically fills it out once you enter the number.
Hi, I want to add my comment to the list of frustrations from Canada. When i click on the link you gave below, it only gives payment option as gift card! I opened both a Canadian account and a US account under the Affiliate program. I was advised via Chat help that i can only set up onelink from the US account. However, since I am not a US citizen how do I get paid for sales on my US account? I spent 20 on chat with an Amazon rep, and just went around in circles. HELP! Anything advice you can add would be helpful.
Do as they advised and connect One Link. Use primarily your US links (you don't need to be a citizen to do so), but connect your Canadian bank account there. They should be able to pay you without any issues.
This is so frustrating 😤 I am getting so many link clicks from different countries I set up for Facebook ads. And I'm getting no sales! This explains why.
Aghh! Hope this fixes it!
does these links work for all countries. So i have one link and it will redirect someone from the us to the product i made with the german account?
All the countries that have an Amazon - or it will redirect them to the Amazon closest to them.
How do you generate the actual link / Onelink? Thanks
It's a feature that gets added on to your existing and future affiliate links. It won't change the actual links, it just enables geo-tracking for them.
I added the German store ID to my affiliate account and selected „closest match“, however my affiliate links do not open in Germany and if I when I check the matching products it says „we are working on your request..“ can you tell me what is wrong?? 🙏
Give it 48 hours for the changes to apply, as they are sometimes not automatic. After that, have someone else try to click on the links to see if they work, and contact Amazon support if the issue still persists.
But like I said, it might just need a little extra time to configure the changes.
@@TheSheApproach that was it !! Thank you 😊
Hi Ana! I need help - I originally created an Amazon storefront in Canada (where im located) and followed your video to create a OneLink to have my followers access my storefront in their own countries. I followed all the steps and now I can't access my storefront? I literally have no option to click to view my storefront or add any products to it. Do you have any idea what's going on?!?!?!?!!
Heya! The storefront is for Amazon influencers not Amazon affiliates - maybe you're signed up to both. One Link is only available for affiliate links, for storefronts you will need to create a separate one for each country.
Can you please tell me why I have different IDs for the same countries like mobile something or omz that I suppose is the influencer program. But I’m a bit confused about that, could you please help me because Amazon never explained properly about these different IDs and I don’t know which one I have to select for that country
I mean I never created those IDs
Thank you so much for this video you have been really clear and precise. One last thing: I live in Italy, can I set up the one link from my Italian Amazon affiliate account and add the other affiliate programs on my Italian affiliate account? Thank you so much
If you've created multiple IDs by mistake for the same country, just pick one to use moving forward and ignore the rest.
If I sign with each country separately and forget about onelink, how would I be paid?
Once you connect the accounts and add a payment method for all, you can continue to use just links from one. Your global earnings will show under Consolidated Summary, and you will get paid automatically for international sales when you hit the minimum payment threashold for each country.
What about taxes needing to be pay in other countries?
hi dear I don't have the option of getting a link in onelink please help thanks
Are you logged in from the US affiliate associates dashboard?
This is the full link for it: affiliate-program.amazon.com/p/stores/globalStore
Do you have to pay taxes to the US if you sign up with the US AA. How would that work if you live in another country but you’re owning US sales commission with your native country’s bank account and info and tax scheme?
No, you only pay taxes in your country of residence, as you will get paid into your main local bank account. But you have to fill out the tax questionnaires to let them know where your country of residence is.
@@TheSheApproach also my links are not tagging back to my store ID very annoying , can you make a video on this ? Why don’t my links work in the link checker , I have no sales but over 1k clicks on my AA , does that vindicate the links work but I don’t get commission ??
Hello! Does this work if you don't have a bank account in the US? I'm based in india.
You can connect it to your local bank account, you don't need to have a US bank account.
Hello
I've already made an Indian affiliate account with local bank details updated and accepted. I'm making a new affiliate US account now, so do I need to update the payment details as well for this account or leave as it is?
Is it only for us or uk people and NOT for India or other Asian countries?
It doesn't matter where you live - you can apply. But your customers need to purchase from a country with an Amazon (or where Amazon ships)
i completed linking all the stores, but what happens afterwards? where to get the universal link to a product? using the same stripelink?
Yes - links look normal to you, but will redirect based on location when clicked by your audience.
@@TheSheApproach thank you so much!
I have an Amazon affiliate account for India, but I also have UK and USA traffic. How can I link my .in account to all the locations? Also on .in account, I am not getting one link option to merge.
You can merge them from your US account.

To set it up, or for it to work?
Hi, I'm from india. Can i create account for US amazon associates if yes should i submit my payment details cuz in India we have ifsc code not routing number. Pls reply soon
Yes, you should be able to get paid into a local bank account still.
I was getting good sales from my Amazon affiliate links till December 2022, after that my site was going down for one month, then from 2023 february no sales are coming, but click are coming, whats the reason, do Amazon affiliate link expired
Has your traffic gone down too? Are the products linked still in stock?
Why isn't Amazon Australia included?
You can connect it manually (grab your store ID from the au dashboard, and add it), but it's not linked automatically like the EU marketplaces.
I can't find onelink options in my Amazon account, please help
So i will have just 1 affiliate link that will works in all this countries?
Yes - all countries Amazon has a website in - or they will be directed to the nearest one if they don't.
Adding new countries to earn from is currently unavailable. Please check back soon to try again.
I think they've made some changes but it should be simplified and available now.
this option is not showings in my affiliate program
Try under Tools > One Link > Manage countries.
What about if my sales are from Nigeria?
They will count if the Amazon in question ships to Nigeria.
From UK my dashboard is totally different.
how to know that the link are tagged? I have added 6 countries plz respond.
They should show up as linked. You can ask someone living in a different country to check the links - they should redirect automatically. I can check the UK one for you.
