i want to ask if there is any way that i can see the space that each "shared with me" folder is occupying ??? any extension will be helpfull

Yes. To do this, you can use the Google Drive desktop app or the Google Drive website. There's also a popular extension called Google Drive File Size that can be installed from the Chrome Web Store.

Do you know of a way to share files with anyone while restricting their ability to share the link?

Try these:
1. Set the link sharing permissions to "Anyone with the link." This will allow anyone who has the link to open the file, but they will not be able to share the link with anyone else.
2. Add an expiration date to the link.
3. Require a password to access the link.
4. Use Google's "visitor sharing" feature. This feature allows you to share files with people who do not have a Google account. Visitors will need to enter a PIN to access the file.
