I enjoy your videos. I've been through the whole ISO cert thing. Loved it. Documenting the org and processes makes thing much easier in the long run. Before ISO cert. there is a backlog of documentation. It was all worth it. This has unexpected benefits too. It forces a complete thought train on all things. It really help to clarify everything.
This is fantastic! I'm a master of my craft and I'm currently trying to leverage my reputation to aquire new business. This process is going to help me scale up fast! Thx!
Like it or not...many of these pedagogical insights to organizational culture take root from the US and British military pains of the 80s and 90s. Pouring loads of money into companies like McKinsey with the goal of researching, strategizing, and implementing, organizational dynamics and dismantling top-down leadership. The post Vietnam organizational chaos and massive drawdown in manpower would also lead to a lack of good leadership. The 90s really led to the start of agile thinking that would subsequently take hold in the business world.
Would be interesting to know your thoughts on how the process is actually captured. Text document, list, diagrams (e.g. UPN), or something more out there like videos, animations.
It’s funny how these videos with 1k views are the videos that actually make you successful
Yep haha
And only 1% of the 1k will implement

I’m looking for a really good software system to implement for systems and processes?
Google sites
I'm looking at building a web-based app for full business system development and documentation. I'm wondering if it's worth it
ClickUp does it well.
There is no sample of documentation 😢
What is a good simple software to document system processes so you can see what your building and the team can access it?
I'm going to respond with my thoughts in the next live Community Q&A :) Check it out on our channel when it happens
Or Use Cases! Not in the casual degraded sense, but the original Cockburn/Jacobson sense.
More show. Less tell.
👍🏼
