Thank you! I asked my Toyota Service Center to do this a few years ago, and they said they couldn't, so I thought it couldn't be done. Because of your video I now know I can do this myself!

What about the inside ones? The Texas heat has killed the rubber.

I did not replace the inside rubber. That will require removing the door platic panel.

Terrible camera work. The area where the tool contacts the rubber is not even in the frame. You also hide the tool under your arm, therefore obstructing The View of the tool's
Position relating to the molding.
