Why is everyone freaking out about the ingredients in this smoothie? You may not be able to have this everyday on keto but you could count the carbs and have it as a treat once in awhile.
I followed plant based (Nurtitionfacts.org), oatmeal every morning blueberries, flax seeds, almond milk ...plus huge salad with veggies and at 71, a woman, thyroid issues I still cannot get 15 pounds off. I am going to Dr Berg Keto diet - meat all organic though you can substitute beans - and when I get the weight off will slowly go back to plant based. I loved organic rice and even love sweet potatoes etc... BUT for some of us we may be Insulin resistant and plant based only does will not get the weight off - very important to not paint brush plant based works for everyone - it does not.
You need to exercise and drink more water. I lost 40 pounds on a vegan lifestyle. Meat causes diabetes, weight gain and cancer. Get off the gluten and dairy and eat only fruit for lunch. Skip breakfast. You are probably getting too many calories from the oils that you are not telling us about.
This is a good show for the iq range of 80-100. Anything above that, and you begin to get very irritated because it is annoying watching an adult act like a 3rd grader. Anything above 130 and you begin to get existential angst about the future of human civilization.
@@skyfalldeadpool1633 first she goes on the doctor Josh axe show before she bashes the keto diet and says how healthy it can be after he educated her on that there is a healthy way to do it Then right before her book comes out she wants to bash the keto diet after she admitted that dr. Josh axe educated her.....and she makes money off of Keto products She's a fraud and a liar

remove/substitute the maple syrup and swap blackberries for the banana and it would work fine for Keto.
Of course she doesn't work out on vacay her job is exercising!
