In this test, we start with the third or fourth grade test?

For this test, we start with checking for grade 5 or grade 4 first. In addition the lumbar spine is tested separately from the thoracic spine. If neither section grades at a 5 or a 4, then testing continues for grade 3 and below for both the lumbar and thoracic spine together. Thanks for watching and we hope that is helpful.
