I feel so much more capable and encouraged as a mom when I do your workouts in the morning, so thank you so much for making them!

I completed this after unilateral arms. So hard. Scissor kicks I felt more in my back than abs. I was even holding a lower weight than normal, any suggestions? The dumbbell chest press with alternating leg lowers challenged my brain! I had trouble concentrating on 2 different moves. Overall I loved this workout and will be coming back to it. Thanks NML team

Way to knock out the workout! For the planks I recommend following along with Rachel or taking it from an incline!

So sorry to hear about your wrist! I would recommend doing ab workouts with bodyweight only until your first is healed!
