    So intense but also a workout for your brain - I found it so hard to get coordinated! 😂 I will have to do this over and over just to learn the moves but at least I managed the one minute plank, yes! 💪

    Fully incorporated this video to my ab days, and to wake up before work in the morning. "Easy" enough to do, just 10min, but all the burn you want 😌🔥

    I made it through everything but the plank at the end!! So hard after doing all the rest!!! I'm going to keep doing this one and try for doing the plank the whole time. Thanks ladies, you're the best!

      Way to knock out the workout! For the planks I recommend following along with Rachel or taking it from an incline!

    This one was awesome! I'm almost 11 months pp and trying to get rid of that mama pooch, haha. I did your postpartum workouts and now I'm doing this challenge, and I love it! I feel so much more capable and encouraged as a mom when I do your workouts in the morning, so thank you so much for making them!

    Love your video! I’m a 56 yo firefighter and this routine is a great way to start my shifts for overall flexibility. I also love that you don’t talk during routine and the change excersize beep! Thank you🎉

    This was so hard! I did it after the full body strength you posted last week. I haven’t been able to workout for over a week because I’ve been sick, but today I’m finally better and have energy. I got after it and killed these workouts. Thanks so much for providing all these great workouts! I love nml ❤

    Definitely intense!!!! Worth doing though💗 Loving the quick workouts then I can hang on the pull-up bar after👍 I did 40 second sets but my hands were sore from gripping 🤪 Thanks for doing these fantastic workouts you are both amazing ❤️

    This was so challenging, but I loved everything about this video! Thanks for being real when things are hard for you too, Lindsey and Rachel! It helps! Also, the stories about your kids made the one minute plank hold fly by, I loved that! And Lindsey, I love it when you say, "oofta". 😂 My mom grew up in Minnesota and she passed the "oofta" on to me! Anyway, thankful as always for the hard work you all do!

    I completed this after unilateral arms. So hard. Scissor kicks I felt more in my back than abs. I was even holding a lower weight than normal, any suggestions? The dumbbell chest press with alternating leg lowers challenged my brain! I had trouble concentrating on 2 different moves. Overall I loved this workout and will be coming back to it. Thanks NML team

      This is a great intense ab workout! But if you're looking to loose weight it really comes down to nutrition!

      So sorry to hear about your wrist! I would recommend doing ab workouts with bodyweight only until your first is healed!
