@@TUNDIRE409 I would disagree with the first reply you got. I translate that as "I believe in amogus and the suspicious impostors". Here's why I think that's what it is: Structurally, you have "credo in" (I believe in), the object needs the accusative case. --> "Amogum" would be accusative for "amogus", I can't believe i'm writing this, they made "amogus" into a second declension latin word and it is a beautiful sin --> and "impostores suspectos" is accusative plural for "suspicious impostor". --> You have "et" (meaning "and") in between. So it's "I believe in a and b", not "I believe that a is b". Hope that is correct and helps!
@@LiminallyYours I think so too. I speak italian and partly french, which are both derivatives of latin, so when phrases are wrote out, i can understans them with relative ease. "Credo in amogum" is the only one which causes me a bit of trouble, as amogum just doesn't add up to amogus to me, but for everything else, what you are saying is correct.
For those wondering this is called Tetris effect, coming from Tetris itself it's a psychology term for when you start seen patterns or mental images becouse of you spent too much to an activity. So yea, Tetris was the first Amongus XD
As far as I know: Tetris Effect is when you look at something for so long that when you take your eyes off of it or briefly close your eyes you keep seeing the outlines of the thing you were staring at. This is what's called Pattern Recognition. It's your brain seeing something, identifying its pattern (Devolving it into its most simplest shape) and then finding that pattern in other stuff. It's when you see Jesus' face on a potato or on a chip or even on a rock. Or in this case, seeing crewmates on trash cans, pencil holders and on many more.
I like how the first and second "Amogus" really catch you off-guard. Like, you're expecting it since it's in the title, but even so, the intensity coupled with the animation really catches you by surprise
This is such a great song. I absolutely love it. It perfectly shows how all things can be perceived as something completely different just because of a simple part of our culture. Monsoon from Metal Gear Rising states this by saying that memes are the "DNA of the soul." This song portrays this idea with perfection.
Among Us has forever changed our culture. Even if the meme dies, which it probably did I can't tell, people who even dared to exist during this time will forever see among us everywhere and be shaken to their core when they hear Among Us.

In my opinion, this animation's best quality are the transitions. Not that the other things aren't good, the transitions are just spectacular. Some examples being, when the professors face peels off the screen, it specifically transfers to the first monkey, and when the locust swarm goes off screen, one straggling behind does a little loop before going off screen. I love how it shows "boomerang nebula" or "medjed" as if that's what is going to be said, but it just adds to the unexpectedness. Also, the song is actually extremely catchy. Thanks for this awesome production, it was very fun to watch.

It surprises me how this song starts calmly, then gets detective, then the chorus is rock, then the second verse starts electro, then gets calmly again and before the second chorus is a choir, then the chorus is rock and the song finishes with heavy metal. Here's why I think that's what it is:
Structurally, you have "credo in" (I believe in), the object needs the accusative case.
--> "Amogum" would be accusative for "amogus", I can't believe i'm writing this, they made "amogus" into a second declension latin word and it is a beautiful sin
--> and "impostores suspectos" is accusative plural for "suspicious impostor".
--> You have "et" (meaning "and") in between. So it's "I believe in a and b", not "I believe that a is b".

In my opinion, this animation's best quality are the transitions. Not that the other things aren't good, the transitions are just spectacular. Some examples being, when the professors face peels off the screen, it specifically transfers to the first monkey, and when the locust swarm goes off screen, one straggling behind does a little loop before going off screen. I love how it shows "boomerang nebula" or "medjed" as if that's what is going to be said, but it just adds to the unexpectedness. Also, the song is actually extremely catchy. Thanks for this awesome production, it was very fun to watch.
