Well done Sceptre, you do a good job covering for the fundamentals for DnB. It opens a lot more doors when you know how and why elements and processing are working the way they are. I'm producing a DnB EP currently and these videos have really helped speed up the workflow. Thank you, I'll reach out to you on Instagram , it's nice to work with other producers who know what there doing. Well done, Cheers
Big ups for sharing, not enough "quality" dnb tutorials out there. Your basses are huge, any chance of a video covering the basics of deep/minimal bass design as well? Edit: I should've looked through your channel before asking x)
Dude I've been looking for tutorials like this for ages, thank you man. Subbed and gonna binge your videos. Also please more drum minimal stuff like Halogenix style stuff would be great!
sick tune ! thanks for sharing! indeed the bass zippers and low end is pretty awesome would love to see some tutorials on that as well! thanks again for sharing
Hey appreciate taking the time for the video (Added to playlists). Must say, i do love a bit of experimental halftime, artists like Ghost warrior and overlook.
Hello; so how would you go about making your own perc loops and getting timbre variation within that clip so it doesn't sound static? I find this difficult especially when I try and make a loop out of a nice one-shot.
Ooh good question, try applying different effects to each of the individual hits in the perc loop and use minor pitch and time variations before you actually consolidate it if that makes sense, hope this helps 👊🏻
@dezz also find myself in the same situation, often finding it hard to get a nice a nice groove in my drums - definitely feel like a video covering making your own perc loops would be super helpful
Try to take care of that background hiss, and occasional playback glitches. other than that, these are some professional videos. You've good teaching style man
Excellent. Man, I just love ur willingness to show what u do and how u do it. U do any half time stuff or other genres? I do a bit of breaks, but in the darker minimal style. I would love to see what u do in a 130 bpm arena! also, vid volume was quite low, check ur levels mate!
Mate, how have I only just found your channel!?!? Please never stop making these videos!
Glad they help 👊🏻

When you say perc loops do you mean hats and stuff or other types of percussion hits? I’ll try and do my next video on it for you 😊
Hey I was wondering if you could do a video about a proper Ableton live Template for Drum & Bass production?
Cheers and keep up with the good vids :)
Dexter Morgan yeah man sure
