This is a little token of my gratitude to all them great Dutch pipe organ builders. Without their unbelievable effort, we couldn't have enjoyed Maestro Gert Van Hoef's absolutely _awesome_ skills as a organist. This is interesting: In (almost) _every_ Dutch city, town - even village there are several churches - and all got magnificent pipe organs. Some are kinda small - but they all sound so good ! Imho Dutch pipe organs are among (if not) the best in the world. Tip: If you _love_ pipe organ Music (as much as I do) - Holland really is the place to be, visit this tiny (and very beautiful) country and you'll see. And hear.. ❤😊😊❤
Mr van Hoef, I am not a musician but the sound, sonorities you channel from the instruments you charm is a joy to behold. There is no "muddyness" in the way you set up the voicing. After 9:00, he is execellent to make the tune gorgeous, and even without video I felt how fun for him to play this part. Request! Ik heb zitten genieten van het zwanenmeer en heb je pas sinds kort ontdekt, Gert....ik ben 67 jaar oud en heb in de jaren 70 een blauwe maandag les gehad op een Johannes Opus orgel die thuis stond voor mijn jongere broer. Ik koos echter al snel voor populair orgel (Eminent 310 unique). Ik ben zeer onder de indruk van je spel en ga je zeker volgen en wellicht een CD van je bestellen.
Wanneer ik jullie zo hoor en bewonder zit er erg veel schwung, beleving maar ook emotie in jullie orgelspel, er zijn momenten dat je er bij weg kunt dansen. Ik zou eens een draaiorgel proberen! Soms zitten jullie daar dichtbij en ik weet zeker dat jullie deze muziek mooi vinden!
Mon cher Gert, tu es un grand musicien. Organiste, Pianiste, chef de choeur avec unTrès grand talent. Je l'ai écouté des centaines de fois tes vidéos de la première à la dernière et cela plusieurs fois. Tu es exceptionnel ... Surtout pour un autodidacte! Étant donné que ton assistante est Marjolein, tu es toujours au mieux comme Organiste, tu sais pourquoi? Pour ton cœur, celui de l'orgue et Marjolein tous battent à l'unisson. (En privé, je voudrais une photo dédicacé de vous 3). Tu souries, les notes volent dans le ciel et tu es heureux et je suis ton admirateur, je suis très satisfait de ta musique et ton assistante Marjolein. Mille Bravos continue comme ça, tu deviendra un grand organiste. (Depuis l'âge de 7 ans, je pianote sur celui de ma mère. J'ai suivi des cours de solfège, de théorie musicale, chorale, etc. Depuis 15 ans, je commence à rejouer du piano et d'apprendre le solfège avec sérieux, j'ai commencé à joué de l'orgue de mon église à Gannat en ville FRANCE de 6000 habitants, et j'apprends la direction de orchestre). (Thus the strictness of layout for my project instrument for OMS Japanese Christian Church in terms of adherence to AGO control position and color-coding, so visiting instrumentalists can get up to speed in reasonable time.)
