Lots of solid stuff, either seen or watchlisted all of these before! BUT... The Blob would need clarification on which iteration is meant: The 1958 original, although serious for its time, is distinctly funny at times for its shortcomings and zeitgeist; The 1972 low-budget sequel is campy fun, but ultimately fails as horror as not enough effort is put into it; The 1988 remake of the original is in my mind the superior horror film of the three, but would also consider it straight-up horror rather than a horror comedy. Seems there's a fourth Blob in development, with Samuel L. Jackson attached... I'd hazard to guess this might become a horror comedy, but we shall see if it ever sees the light of day. ^^
