I like the video. It is one of the few examples in the internet which are showing an escalation procedure in a call center. In the beginning, the first level agent asks his female colleague and then he was talking to the supervisor. It takes no matter, if the concrete case was a real one or a fictional example, what is important is to show the escalation procedure. Escalation means, that a chinese Chinese whispers game way played, in which the participants are echoing the message through the hierarchy until the conflict is resolved.
The most funny part about Joshua is he try to give some awareness of one of his colleague to be careful and avoid clown because it's a clone in fact without knowing he's the one who asked for that in the first place and the last part was absolutely funny 🤣 hahhah thank you I really enjoy it

The greatest school to learn english is a call center. Sometimes a native does not understand the customer and you can. Especially those customer that English is not the first language. You break your brain daily, and daily you renew it.

Hello Michelle, it's Emmanuel here. I'm the best supervisor ever. Lock it in! Even though, I wasn't accurate enough in that regard. That call was extremely unprecedented, and he was not shielded to fight in the battleground. For future references, I'll be sure to gauge both possibilities in order to avoid further confusions. He's a good about-to-be-fired agent though. 👍👍😂
