Hi . -. -. -,
Joshua here.
You were having this interesting conversation with Emanuel.
But I guess he fell asleep.
I'm the one who is wide awake, but he fell asleep poor thing 😢😂.
I'm just hitting from the hips here, but your question seems to be formed up from a Spanish perspective.
Let me know if I'm wrong.
In Spanish this question is very common, but in English this sounds impractical because you will receive a fussy response, and they tend to be more responsible when it comes to giving accurate information.
In Spanish you will receive the exact same response, but we're accustomed to it.
Native speakers would use "when" or "by what time" in order to receive a proper response.
Having said that, your question from a Spanish perspective and from a correct English grammar structure would be...
By when, your workout review?
Just omit will, because "will" requires a verb.
Now let me tell you that this will be totally acceptable, and understandable.
So, don't be afraid to use it.
But to be honest, I can't recall hearing or reading this kind of questions very often.
They will usually say by what time.
But that doesn't mean you can't use by when.
This only implies that you will receive a fuzzy answer, but since it will be a silly response it will convey the exact same result we get in Spanish.
That's why I asked you if you were forming this phrase from Spanish.
There are common questions with that structure such as:
By when will you be coming?
By when will you be able to send the report?
By when will you get on your knee? (to ask or propose somebody to marry you)
And regarding your original question.
By when, your workout review?
