En el momento de la llamada, me sentí identificada, porque la primera vez que tomé una llamada yo no entendí, pero luego con ayuda de mi trainer todo fue fácil , después fui entendiendo hasta lo más mínimo de la llamada, necesitaba ver éste video, quiero aplicar a otras cuentas y pues me motiva mucho , porque a veces dudamos de nuestras capacidades pero si nos esforzamos todo vale la pena.

@@aydeemarquez3167 pues la clave para mi seguridad al hablar es hacerme mi propio ambiente en inglés, cambiar mi teléfono al idioma inglés, escuchar música en inglés, incluso leer libros , ver mis programas favoritos en inglés, prácticamente todo eso ayuda a tener confianza y no es tan necesario hablar con alguien, yo no tengo con quien practicar pero si veo algún programa en inglés, luego voy y me grabo describiendo todo lo que pasó durante el programa y trato de incorporar todas las palabras nuevas que he anotado
Man, I still remember the very first call I took a few years ago. It was one the worst days of my life. I got all sweaty, my hands were shaking like crazy, I almost forgot the language. It was horrible, but it got better with every call I took. The key is not to give up and just endure it. You'll get good and bad costumers and you'll have good and bad days. But with every day, it gets easier.
Calls center training is like: this is this, that is that and make it happen. New people gets frustrated and quite with a simple job just because they are not taught on a proper way and there is not time to learn before getting on the floor. Respect for those agents that makes it happen.

Que no se porta gacho??? La llamada de practica se la puso con un Pakistanee, Indian, Chanese o no se pero Ingles NO ERA! yo hablo bien el ingles y casi no se le entendia! Eso es trampa porque ni siquiera lo entrenaron 😡😡 Ademas el acento del entrenador es claramente español asi que ni se haha el muy buena gente. Entrenenlo bien primero 😩

I remember my first job interview, it was with the owner of the company, he asked me questions about what I think of Islam, Jesus Christ, Buddha and transgender people, it was the strangest interview I have had in my life. I did not get the job I needed to learn more English
I know it’s funny but this is wrong... The Interviewer would’ve never even taken further, as checking the system and so forth.... But it’s funny.... The interviewer would be like “ SR. We will call you”
