    Hi, Thank you so much for your videos. Your training and technique videos has made my sparring days a lot better! I've seen much improvement in myself in such a short time using your videos as a guide.
    P.s. I ordered Primo shorts because of your recommendations.

    Thank you Spring for this very useful video.
    I think you forgot to introduce the jockstrap.
    It is really very necessary for men

    I was told that even if you’re training Muay Thai, that you should still get 16 ounce gloves so your hands and wrists are better protected.

      Hey! My first pair of gloves were 16oz - yes good protection also the weight makes you condition your shoulders lol. But moving forward needed smaller ones to train in (closer to fight gloves to train defence and aim etc)

    Noob question but do you also wash your clothes after one session?

    may i ask if the sports bra paddings are fixed? some slip around during wash and it's rather annoying to keep putting them back in 😭

    • @SpringSia_HeartMuaythai
      @SpringSia_HeartMuaythai  9 месяцев назад +1

      Not fixed ! Removable. I’ve been using a laundry bag and it has stopped that from happening 😅 so it comes out of the wash in place

      Heya I had Yokkao's ages ago - they were a little big fit for me. So primo for sure :) Snug and comfortable !

      @@SpringSia_HeartMuaythai have u used boxing gloves for muay thai? Heard boxing gloves are higher quality than thai gloves and better for punching

      @@jtoster4980 yes have tried using Rival and Winning. Winning was great just the price point was higher than the Muaythai gloves

    hey my gf has really small hands, will 12oz gloves work for sparring? If I get her 14oz Fairtex gloves they will be too big for her hands.

    • @SpringSia_HeartMuaythai
      @SpringSia_HeartMuaythai  День назад

      hello! If your gf is on the smaller size (weight wise) then 12oz should be no problem.
