Instead of a protein shake I just have some protein bars and some rice/corn waffles to snack if I get hungry mid workout. Saves the fear of the shaker leaking all over my stuff. Sometimes I take salami sticks or other dry high protein stuff with me. Great content!
Thank you so much. Learning to pack my 12 year old's gym bag and will be sending him after school. The hybrid bag is a great choice. I didn't think about that. I had no idea what the other boxers had in their bags and was too shy to ask. As an athlete of other sports myself I truly appreciate this video
martial arts is a tool to defend yourself. a knife is a tool even apes use. long as your not being stupid with it, mind your business. everyone i loose i just chalk up to coincidence but people like you do more harm then good.
What's the size of the bag? Many many litres does it hold? I say litres because that's what a lot of bags I see on amazon or under armour use as like a quantity type thing.
Erythromycin can be a good idea and it was the same thing that you do and it was a bit of an effort than the other one I was able and had a chance at winning the game was the same as a game that would have to go through the process and the rest of the game to be able for the team
I have a question I want to learn muay Thai and I’m aware that it’s better to go to a class or gym but can I do self taught training with proper equipment. Also if it helps I’m 12 and I wanted to do join a club or something to help me stay active.
Join a club bro, there’s only so much you can learn by yourself as your not actually experiencing sparring with others/ using your practised techniques on real people, there’s a big difference between bags and people, people fight back and people block, the bag does not, and at home you have no trainer to correct your form or catch your mistakes
@@Tania54566 I plan on doing muay thai soon hopefully!! I’m moving to Oklahoma and im in it right now but im leaving back to LA bc my mom has to do her taxes and we haven’t packed like the kitchen stuff etc ANYWAYS SORRY FOR THAT but hopefully when I move to OK i can start!!! 😖😖😖
I keep some Namman in mine just in case. don't always use it, but I already have neuropathy and you never know when you're gonna get whooped on sparring days.
We are not going to do with my work and the game was the first time I was able and had a chance to get to know them well enough that they were going through a great time of day to day with the same as a game that is the same thing that happened
You have face wipes and body wipes insted of the shampo...I don't understand people who do not take a shower after a training session,it is unbelivible to me that somebody does not take a shower after getting so sweaty like after combat sports training session I simply can't understand it and it is groase to me...sorry for my bad english spelling
Well I usually drive with my bicycle back home so in summer, I will just sweat again and evenso i sweat even 20 mins after training so it doesn’t make sense for me to shower there. I just wear some shitty shorts and an old t shirt when I go to the gym, I just wash ‘em.
WTF hahahaha that is just too much stuff I only put gloves, shinpad, mouth piece and wraps and thats it, nothing less nothing more No need for that amount of stuff if you're just going to your everyday gym class and getting back home
Agreed that it's a lot, but I usually go straight from work and oftentimes don't go straight home afterward. We definitely packed a lot lighter when we were training in Thailand.
Casually pulls out winning gloves, cause he's winning.
you need more exposure my guy, this is quality content!
Thanks! Appreciate the support, we hope to come out with more videos soon!

plus the protein shake is warm after training unless u have a fridge at ur gym
My drug store has some of those, they usually are a bit more expensive though
Would you not just put the powder in, and then fill it up with water from the fountain at the gym when you want it?
@@dhrupz123 you have to blend it
how the fuck do you get hungry mid workout?
Dude packing for more like a adventure 😂
man got a survival kit in there HAHA
Dollar tree / dollar stores carries body wipes and sprays on the cheap, I also carry some hydration tabs/powders as well.

I will start carrying protein bars or some sweet stuff cuz some times i feel like shit with 0 energy and its usually for not eating on time
I snagged the same duffle bag this week. I appreciate the videos, in my second week of Muay Thai and BJJ
Hey great video, I really like the under armour duffle backpack. Do you know if they can fit a pair of shin guards?
Yes, but you'll need to be conservative with your space after fitting in a pair of gloves and shin guards.
love that hoodie whered you get it?
How about shinguards? They are the bulkiest in my bag
Where are they
He said he leaves them in his locker
I thought I came prepared. Niceeee
I miss the shin guards from your bag
2:42 so we’re not gonna talk about the knives

the conclusion of this video is ur only the best guy in ur gym if you bring the biggest knife in in ur gymbag
Why do you have like 5 hand wraps , what's with the odd one out
Nice stuff bro

Are you really going to train or go to camp?

I always shower after workout. Def dont want to get into my car still sweaty even if I put new clothes on.
