As a member of the Church of Desert Well, I actually think Mineboat is really good value. I've never seen so much water in one place before, you're paying a very small price for an infinite number of desert wells (without the well or the desert)

The thing about penguin paradise is that it's not the best map ever but you can see there was effort and the price makes sense two things modern house completely fails to do

Normally love @ibxtoycat videos, but the review of the boat map was not his best work, there is a lot of stuff in the chests on the boat and I think it looks great, about to buy it and give it a go. See the showcase from MrBigcheesecake for a better look at it (15 Mar 2020). Love to see Toycat give this map a real go!
Oh and turns out because there is a single layer of water, the boat works too, there is spawner eggs for animals, agree its similar to Sky Blocks, except in this map you can still travel with the boat, put down a lily pad and then build up from there removing the biggest issue I have with Sky Blocks. The night sky looks pretty cool with stars too.

Overall it's has more bad than worse but I don't mind it because not so much part of the game like other example FIFA COD where the more you pay the more you win where as here you already have the content you just paying for more of it where as those games your only paying half the game if you want the full or best experience better open up your wallet

I found the best speed run seed! It has a village with 3 blacksmiths, gravel, and 2 clerics and a lava pool right across the ocean from where you spawn!

The chimney is made out of cobblestone use it to hold the lava and make your cobblestone generator. I want that map. Haven't got any money tho. Lol

Ironically enough, experiments have been done on people with food, and those who paid less valued and enjoyed food less where as those who paid more enjoyed the meal more.

There was a cobblestone chimney looking thing there that could be destroyed to make a fireproof area
@@aarondowd7346 Mineboat was intentionally badly reviewed to illustrate the idea he wanted to share, showing the bad sides the best he could. There's actually obsidian inside the rock, aswell as inside the resource chests, that he didn't even opened.
So, you either had to break enough of the boat to get to the rock, or break enough of the boat to get to the chimney, break more of the boat or punch cobblestone until it breaks, all to make a cobblestone generator without burning the boat...?

Microsoft should get a cut either way, because they didn't put any effort into making the map, but it's a big company so of course they're going to.
Some of the free maps are amazing and even feature things such as voice acting that makes them just that much better

Like that penguin map is undercharging and this is pushing the creative community down by discouraging people charging their work for what it's worth

Undercharging should never be praised, over charging neither but it's important to keep the balance in mind
Making a map $1 is not undercharging. That's 1/7 of what the entire GAME is on mobile. By comparison to other marketplace content, it's undercharging, but, in reality, $1 maps should be considered the average amount, and $5-$7 should be what's considered overcharging, unless what you're buying is enough to be considered it's own game.

It's still insane to me that you can _buy_ maps and mods. That's such a foreign concept in other communities, and would actually cause an uproar. Yet here, people seem to have simply accepted it.
This is certainly targetted for kids who doesn't understand the concept of money yet. If they implement it on the Java edition, all hell will break lose.
I only really care about the skin packs. I don't really like the maps since if I wanted and had enough time and learned some new skills I could make them myself.

Toycat, on bedrock there is a secret mob called villager_v1, and its the old villager. New villagers are actually called villager_v2. The villager_v1s were converted automatically in the bedrock 1.13 update on normal worlds.

You should do a video reviewing the free educational maps released by minecraft.
There was a social experiment done where they sold 50 dollar cake and 10 cake that were the same other than price. Almost everyone said that they enjoyed the 50 dollar cake more. The reason for this was that when you are spending money you tend to enjoy it better than when you don't spend as much. I don't know why that is though.
