Mark, I just turned 50 and found your website and workouts a few days ago. I just did three sets of the A-40. OMG! I've got a long way to go, but I think that this is finally what I need to get rid of the belly and love handles.
I'm 49 and recovering from a work related concussion, your video's without weights are helping me get back into shape without high impact brain jarring exercises.
Thnx! Gonna try this instead of my daily 100 sit-ups. I'm 41 and my kids (14&11) are trying now too. It's motivating to see you looking as good as you do. You show guys that it's possible and that age is no excuse!
- I do it- only twice a week, and generally do the reverse about 3 reps, and only the bicycle for a count of 30, and then stand and stretch. Yours looks a lot burnier...!
thanks. I'll sure give it a try. I have a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in my right leg, but I think this will be okay to work with, it really doesn't seem to be to stressful on the leg.
Older guy here. I did them except the in-out pull ins. Reason being is they cause lower spinal strain in me. Its the same with Russian Abs twists. How about subbing out that for something else. Suggestions ?

Hey Mark, I liked what you said in your infomercial....cardio workouts, crunches, etc diets...all dont work to reduce belly fat because the problem is testosterone...and testosterone is increased only through resistance training which is varied and uses free weights over machines....So what is this video for ? Guys in Stage 4 of your programs?

comments gave me a laugh but in seriousness, this is an excellent, perfect routine. I tried it instead of the stupid treadmill stuff and it was way more intensive and you could really feel it. Also, *beautiful* Stingray.

I'm 63 going on 64 I'm told I don't look my age .but can I still get sixpack at my age I am a type two diabetic but don't take any medications for that or insulin.or any type drugs .
I am 61 and have not seen my abs in decades. Hoping by the time I hit 62 in July to see them again. Starting out will these work outs do just as well doing each one for say 30 or 40 seconds instead of counting? As old as I am seems easier to control my breathing if I don't have to worry about counting.
To really make this an intense workout and build sculpted abs, grab the heaviest BB plate you can manage without sacrificing form and complete the exercise routine with the BB plate in a steering wheel positon.

Just did 3 sets of the A40 ab work out, I added 10 Mountain climbers and 10 shoulder touch planks to complete the workout, awesome

Im 50 and new to working out and not in the best of shape also have a belly, do you suggest doing the A-40 and functional cardio day together.

+Laruss Decrepit Wow starting out even 30 seconds is tough. Going to cut back to 20 seconds for the first week. Break over time for another set.
