I am 6'3 and 185 pounds I don't completely have a flat stomach but I was wondering should I do cardio until I have a complete flat stomach then work on abs?

The exercise alone won't burn a noticeable amount of fat but combined with a nutritious diet and weight lifting incorporated you would lose weight and burn fat

my friend says working out at the gym makes me growth less as in like I start to stop growing and he also says it's better to workout at home then at the gym is all this true cause I don't want to stop growing I'm kinda scared that if I keep going to the gym I will stop growing please help

Everything will grow including their abdominal muscles and organs. Someone can also appear to have a growth gut from having a higher amount of visceral fat, which is very common among men.

Awesome workout did 8 minutes and it works better than doing countless situps abs are killing.

agreed . But I guess it's the constant change in tension?
More work on core activation and stabilizers with the alternating versus basic time under tension with the stable hold.
More movement I guess, therefore more strain on muscle but don't quote me on that
