Congratulations to you for growing a nice pack of muscles. I know You have been working hard for it as well along with your martial arts.. great work. Ofcourse you have set a nice example of being strong, mobile and skilled. This is a perfect answer to who advocate of staying away from weights as martial artists. I still love weight training and that gives me a good strong body and confident mind. It is really hard to keep maintaining martial arts and weight training together, I think thats why people generally choose only one of them. Keep going brother, you are doing a nice work
00:00 intro 1:14 goals (+ warm up) 1:45 stretching - neck - shoulders - chest - wrists - forearms - hips - ankles - hip flexors - legs - back/front - frog sit 11:59 outro for my lazy future self, so I can easily follow along 😊
@@AdryanJota the splits aren’t really necessary at all. It’s nice to do but you can certainly kick well without doing a full split. In my opinion the front split has more carry over to kicking than the middle split, as the position is closer to most kicks.
Thanks John!

This is perfect. Follow alongs are the best format and easiest to implement. Thank you for this. OSS!

Good video, thanks! (Also: commenting for the algorithm uptake.) :-)
Thank you, I appreciate it 👍🏼
It is better to aim for middle splits over front splits for better range of motion on kicks or they aren't really necessary?

Sir what you do for healthy joints?
This and strength training
Osu!
Sir is SQUAT BENCH AND DEADLIFT with heavyweight is safe to perform or it is dangerous and affect martial arts?
I mean, if you do it too heavy or with poor form it could hurt you. Otherwise it's a compound movement that's good for you overall
I’ve done them for over 15 years..
@@jkgardinerso you're the dangerous part of the exercise now? 😎
