Only one downside of the your videos... seeing the brief amazing snippets of the other sketchers' works but not knowing their names to be able to maybe find them later and follow them too! What a cool space for art. Thanks for sharing.

Because the land it's on is incredibly expensive. My guess is it's gonna be another condo or public housing.
