Most people have probably never heard more than 10 seconds of the Mt. Moon song while walking because of those damn Geodudes and Zubats xD

Ice Path is insane. They managed to outdo Rock tunnel from RBY; not an easy task.
Its creepy and deep. Every cave theme should be like it.

The Diglett's cave from Gen I sounds almost like you're expecting to find the dead remains of a giant mole Pokemon somewhere deep inside

My favorite is by far the Meteor Falls theme from ORAS. Dark Cave from GSC is pretty nice, too.

Shunya O'Flaherty I got lost in the stupid cave for 2 weeks when I first got Diamond. Had to watch a tutorial to finally escape.

Mt Moon theme be like: Zubats, Zubats everywhere, Zubats everywhere, in this damn cave.
Fernando Solis god, before i even knew a thing of repels, that’s all i saw! That, the ocasional geodude which was a good thing, and then cliffairy if I can catch one for my metronome team.

A decent place to train a Pikachu though.
RokuroCarisu yeah that’s true! With those annoybats in there, he can turn from a simple Pikachu, to a pikachu that can annihilate any flying/water type in its way! The only roadblock is the Geodude.
Altering cave has only Zubats in the cave , WHAT A REWARD AFTER BECOME CHAMPION! (Note : Altering cave was meant to be where to find Pokemon where you can't find anywhere else , it made it into the final game , sadly only Zubats can be found.)
Looking back and listening to all of this just reminds of when we had no lights on the gbc and I used to sit near a lamp just so I could see wtf was going on.

Gen 3 was the creepiest Pokémon gen in my opinion. There was just something about it. (feel free to have you own suggestions of what you think the creepiest Pokémon gen is.)

Dark Cave theme brings back so many memories. I remember wondering as a kid how they were able to pack such high quality music onto a small cartridge.
they're all awesome but Unova has just a feel to it that I like the most.
Digletts Cave was really creepy to me When i was a kid

I feel confident saying Ice Path (GSC) is the objective best cave theme in the entire Pokemon series. Mt. Pyre (RSE) would be way up there too if it were a bit longer/less loopy.
