Hey Mate, awesome video! Me and some mates want to try this track. What entrance did you use to get on to the track? and where did it come out? It is quite hard to find the details online. Any help is appreciated, Cheers
I liked you video keep it up. I watch anything to do with gen 4 pajeros off road. One mod I have done to mine which definitely improves any gen 4 pajero with a factory rear diff lock is the vald traction control mod which enables you to switch the traction control back on when the diff lock is on.
Thanks mate. Yes I thought about the traction control mod. Actually in that video when you see the Pajero going up hill and loosing traction at back.. it was created by the rear locker. I had the 2 front wheels up and I needed the traction control working, but having the locker in, it was disengaged!
Awesome video mate. I did this track with my club a year ago but we had to take a slightly different way to Gibraltar Rocks lookout due to Beefsteak trail being closed at that time. I wish it wasn't as that looked like a fun track.
Hi mate.. you can avoid the challenging parts! NOTE. There is only one way to get to the lookout. It’s not too bad, depending on what vehicle you have. I hope it helps
Thanks, it’s on my to do list for tomorrow.I have a Ford ranger with the factory bumper and I’m thinking after tomorrow it won’t have a bumper at all 😬 As you have done it, do you think it would be ok avoiding the harder part?
@@chrism1985 yes I think soo. We were there before the heavy rain period. I don’t know the condition of the track now. You will have phone coverage at the look out but I don’t remember having signal in the state forest. Bring recovery gear! Have fun
@@ryantilley-general.shenanigans yea, I did it but turned back as found it a little sketchy for a newbie who was just about to start my big lap and didn’t want to bash my car. Got to a steep mud section with big ruts and called it a day, I filmed my attempt too if you are interested below ruclips.net/video/0ZvQcAf3Uzc/видео.html
Thanks, it was a good day out. Looking forward to next trips.
Yep
Me too! Let me know when your truck is ready

It’s not too difficult. I have added the name of the tracks we did right on the footage
@@leridotte Thanks for adding the names. Where is the start of the track? I cannot find the information. Thanks
@@6t1om I don’t know where it starts.. that time I was following my friend Stas with the Jeep - we were using the book 4wd tracks around Sydney
Thanks for sharing man, looks like a fun trail
Cheers - definitely recommend! It’s a great area to explore

Minute 11.50 - 11.59
I wish Mitsubishi had located the intercooler in a different spot, such a terrible colocation. Poor approach angle as well

Thanks Brett
We really enjoyed ourself.. not too hard but not too boring! Definitely going back there
Nice video marito 💛
Love you
Hey mate was thinking of going tomorrow, was the fire trail on the way to six foot track? Did the follow the book?
Hi
We kind off follow the book.. we improvised when we got there. Our main goal was to get to the lookout
Nice work 👍🏾
Thanks mate
Appreciate your comment!
Is this the exact route from the book, it’s meant to be an easy route but this looks quite challenging?
