Bought myself a nice, fully modded Navara recently. Unfortunately the guy I bought it off is in prison so I delt with his father and therefore I didn't get a lot of info so Im just working my way through the mods and trying to understand them properly. It has aftermarket Superior Engineering suspension front and rear, both coil of course because its a Nav. So here's my question: I have eight settings, 1 being softest, 8 being firmest. Any of you blokes got Superior Engineering suspension able to advise on the best settings for front and rear - medium load ute (in my case on Baja ATZ 35s)? I currently have it on 2 on the front and 6 on the rear but im not really making a great deal of progress playing around with it because to be honest, Im not feeling much difference. Hard AF on any setting. (Should I be feeling the difference?) Anyway, how are you blokes setting yours?
Hi guys, looking at the 50mm formula lift kit for my BT50 (2021 TF). Now I have been reading that I need a diff drop, new upper control arms and handbrake relocation? is this correct, and this items are not including in the lift kit? Cheers Mick
Can anyone tell me if you have a coil over set up with a 6 inch lift is it possible to change just the shock absorber and continue using the existing coils. Any help would be very much appreciated!!
I swapped a 6.2-liter Hemi out of a wrecked Hellcat Challenger into my 1987 Suzuki Jimny and it seems like the front springs are sagging just a little. Do you think a spring-over lift is enough to fix the problem or should I add lift blocks too?
@@FulcrumSuspensions1976 A lifted car is still capable of reaching the bump stop, just as a standard height car is, meaning the wheel can get to the exact same position it could beforehand - The height of the car is irrelevant to what size tyres will fit. This is basic stuff and I'm sure you guys know this and just want to sell your stuff, but at least the correct info in a video dedicated to suspension would be nice.
@@bez2992 extended bump stops is typical for bigger tyres, at the expense of a bit of uptravel. If you fitted extended stops without lifting then you would have a pretty shitty performing vehicle, so technically they are right in saying you need a lift to fit bigger tyres and everything work as it should
@@jarrod1687 My car had extended bump stops and it was LOWER than standard - it performed fine, it depends how much compression travel you need. They're not right at all, you don't need lift to fit extended bump stops. There's also other ways to fit bigger tyres other then extended bump stops (which is a poor solution if it requires excessive amounts imo.)

I've got extended bump stops in a gu with 2 inch lift running 35's, no way could I do it on stock sussy without it driving like shit bouncing off the stops or drastically modifying suspension and cutting body work to accommodate larger tyres during compression
🔥🔥🔥

Thank you for being honest.
Honestly though, can you throw in a pair of those Chinese work boots, that you’re wearing?
Thanks mate 😂
Why not airbags in a Triton?
I have a hilux 08 ips Can I put all 4inch lift kit parts in the rear leafs only 3inch will I have more flex
a 4" IFS lift isn't something we'd recommend and unless setup properly, you'll have almost no articulation sadly.

So 2 inch lift sounds good from fulcrum suspension
Sure does! Our Formula 4x4 kits are EPIC!

Do you need a diff drop for a 2' lift on a triton MN. Tail shaft shudder is a problem?
That could be many things! A diff drop would certainly help level out the CV angle!

That 80 series isn't very good advertising for fulcrum , when it looks to only have a fulcrum steering damper .
Introduce us your blondie tech support, mate
How about NOOOOOPE
Couldn’t help being drawn to how small his feet are lol…
He wears a US12 mens shoe! :')
3 minutes in and the suspension "experts" are already claiming a lift kit will fit larger tyres... sheesh 🤥
It will, good luck fitting 33's on standard suspension.
