- Police arrested a man who, detectives said, came up with a crafty way to rip off several luxury rides being dropped off at valet parking locations in Miami and Miami Beach.

Please no more “Catch and Release” policy. Because of people like him car insurance premium goes up for everyone which becomes very expensive for middle class minimum wage workers.
