First Time Making Cheesecake... Will It Be Birthday-Worthy??

Spoiler - This S'mores Cheesecake turned out better than I could have imagined! One of my sister's friends even gave the "Paul Hollywood Handshake"! If you are looking for a cheesecake recipe to try, I HIGHLY recommend! 10/10

What I did different:
I had to add more butter to my crust
I used the mini marshmallows, but I would use the regular next time to see if it gives a little more marshmallow flavor
I stopped with the ganache topping and just crumbled some graham crackers on top - I didn't do the optional marshmallow topping
