I sometimes put half walls behind the new hanging cabinets so they are more in line with the tall cabinets and I can hide lights. This house looks phenomenal! Very well done!
This house is wonderful, isn't it? It is my favorite of the entire game. The "choppiness" is just enough to make a RUclipsr question uploading the video or if could have occurred during the uploading process. Either viewers are disappointed in the product (video) because of issues like this or they are upset by the lack of uploads. House Flipper does get laggy after a while of playing it. I am currently back to playing Minecraft because of the lag in House Flipper. (But I still love to see Wels' houses.)
I know that in terms of space, placing the TV on the wall above the fireplace makes total sense. But something in my guts just tell me that placing an electronic device right above a heating device is wrong.
i loooove these videos! idk if it's just me but i would love to see you actually flipping it at decorating it as well in the videos. like not cut it out:) you dont need to talk over it if you dont like that, you could put music or speed it up, or just having simply the recording of the screen
I was about to move in this house and plan to make this like a cabin! A fisherman cabin. But after seeing this i might change my mind this house pretty big. I wanted a smaller cottage. 😮 also this house looking cozy! I love the result specially kitchen and bedroom!
If you change the layout of this house you can enjoy the space by opening it up. I always add a very large door to the front of the house and then have the entire first floor as kitchen/dining/living, with the kitchen room off to the side turned into either a sunroom for plants or an office. Then the basement becomes a large lounge type space, laundry/storage, and a bedroom.
I feel like the pool table room is a bit cluttered. You need a fair bit of room around the table to shoot, and i feel like the bookshelf and couch (among other things) would be in the way.

Ah man, this house would have been an awesome opportunity to do something with the yard. The deck was basically begging to get some furnature. I understand that the garden always takes a lot of time, so I won't complain too much, but I would have loved to see something done with it. Since you can quite easily get a 10-20% increase in your sale price, I think it would have been worth it on this house. Making you anohter 40-80k. But then again, you don't really need to money. As long as you're stilly happy making these video's it's all good. And the house itself turned out amazing! :D
Huh... That ironing board set on the wall of the laundry room is from The Sims. Didn't know people had started modding in Sims content... Also not surprised either lol.
I can't stop thinking about the house having a basement while being on the shore. That just, seems like a bad idea, like wouldn't the basement flood like a lot? or at least leak.
Anyone else have long loading times and lag after adding workshop items? I did add quite a bit so maybe I should just remove some of them? Idk but I really like the items so I want to keep them but my game loads super slow now between jobs/houses and on the initial load up.

He's explained before his struggled with hermitcraft content. And it's mid-season now. Hard to catch up. He's also balancing his wife's full time job. And a dog. And any other irlnstuff

There's quite a lot of Sims content on the workshop now, mostly plants and accessories.
You can turn the buyers off now, so that they don't bother you with their comments while you are renovating. Take a look in the Gameplay options.
