On a (slightly) more serious note, i find funny how this house got flooded so bad everything below 1 meter high got damaged, but every other house in the neighborhood seems totally fine ^.^
The more I watch of this, the more I wonder if Americans really live like this or if those houses are basically just show houses. I am always missing space to set up my PC desk, and with how little storage is in those houses I couldn't even put away all the stuff that is currently in my room (which is actually smaller than most bedrooms you have shown), let alone keep some kind of pantry for food, or store stuff long term (we have tons of old toys, books, a magazine archive, seasonal decoration, etc stored in both the basement and a storage room). Playing the game myself had me renovate a house and move from one children's room to two. What child would be happier with a double bed instead of a place to put toys, or even books?
hi! american from the midwest here. to me his houses look pretty average, although of course it's a game so they're not as cluttered and the furniture might be nicer. a lot of our houses do come with lots of storage and pantries and things, but in a game they're not as necessary. as a child i had a single bed but upgraded to a double bed when i was a teenager, so maybe he made the bedroom with a teen or guest in mind? hope this all helps!
@@medizins I’ve always felt that some of these flips don’t account for that kind of thing but it is a game. Now that you can add on to a building I hope to see these becoming more storage friendly.
@@candysgames323 I live in Europe and we do have storage in our house. My room basically consists of a desk, a tv, a single bed and storage. For me it is just kinda strange that all bedrooms Wels designs only consist of a bed and clothes storage. I live in my room, where would I put my pc, my guitar, my books and everything else?

I started watching through Hermitcraft but I LOVE this series so much! It's so nice and chill that I can fall asleep/wind down to it (in a great way!! That only happens with a few things!!) And I'm so happy there's a season 1 to go back to watch as well!! Thank you for all your work!!
Yeah, the weirdest part of that hanging light was how the light source was on top the the candlesticks but some how they still cast a shadow of the candlesticks on the ceiling.

I bought HF on Switch before getting my Steam Deck and definitely wish I'd waited since it's kinda junk compared to the Steam version (apparently technically not made by the same people I've been told).
Hoping they put it on sale again soon, and the DLCs hopefully, so I can nab it as money's just too tight for the next little while. Until then, I'll live vicariously through this series lol

You have the best interior design content I've seen. I love house flipper and seeing someone with actual skills flip a house is super entertaining to watch and gives me a lot of ideas that I never had before. I can't wait to see what you'll be able to do in HF2!

Wenge is a type of walnut wood I believe; it's pronounced "wen-gey" and it's gorgeous IRL.
Wenge is not a Walnut. It’s more of an exotic wood from tropical areas. It’s a harder wood than Walnut.

I have been noticing watching all these in the past week or so, that you don't put any hanging wardrobes or laundries in the homes. As well as, using the same plants a lot.
I would like to see some more variety in your choices when doing the room. I know you are putting in different beds and cabinets, I was thinking on the lines of say larger/taller plants. Doing more to the yards and not leaving them bare.
Will be looking forward to the next instalment.
