@@f.j.c4444delivery drivers get treated horrible. Despite your beliefs, Amazon and other major corps usually do a good job at providing basic needs. They don’t want lawsuits that’ll actually stick. Also … What did they do exactly to deserve higher wages? All I’ve experienced over the years is an increasingly poor level of driver service. Drivers saying they delivered something but actually come the next morning. Drivers not walking up one floor to deliver something because they didn’t want to walk an extra 80 feet. Are you sure? I looked into that Flex driving program and it looked like crap and I saw nothing but people complaining about it. There may be some but I can't see that making up for the Striking drivers
Finally!!! The workers are the foundation of the companies, they make the money for the companies. The workers have all the power and finally realizing it. I hope this continues across the board. I can go without Amazon for a bit.
I can and have gone without it forever along with all the other billion dollar companies that contribute nothing but easy ways to spend money on Chinese crap.
I thought Teamsters are part of a union and are only hired as third party contractors to work for Amazon but not really as an Amazon worker? Dont think going on strike for a contract they were well aware before signing with their union against Amazon is the solution here. Did i miss something? Think Besos would just end up cutting the contracts up with this union once they expire
It doesn't hurt Amazon it hurts sellers. People don't realize more than 90% of the goods sold on Amazon are owned by individual sellers. They only make in the middle from storage fees and commission. I know this because my family and i sold cosmetics through Amazon FBA

Not a trillion dollars in profits. The majority of profit is from AWS data center, not from Amazon retailers tho
