🔍In the series of interviews “Meet UniBo PhD Students”, we talked to Elisabetta Cuna, a third-year PhD student from the Department of Pharmacy and Biotechnology, University of Bologna.
Currently engaged in the QSPainRelief project, a European-funded initiative, Elisabetta contributes to identifying more effective and safer combinations of existing drugs for chronic pain treatment using an innovative Quantitative Systems Pharmacology approach.
Her academic journey reflects a commitment to advancing pharmaceutical biotechnology and addressing critical challenges in pain management.

🔍In questa puntata di “Meet UniBo PhD Students”, abbiamo parlato con Elisabetta Cuna, dottoranda del 3° anno presso il Dipartimento di Farmacia e Biotecnologie dell'Università di Bologna.
Attualmente impegnata nel progetto QSPainRelief, un'iniziativa finanziata dall'Europa, Elisabetta sta contribuendo all'identificazione di combinazioni di farmaci già esistenti più efficaci e sicure per il trattamento del dolore cronico tramite un approccio innovativo di "Quantitative Systems Pharmacology".
Il suo percorso accademico riflette l'impegno nel far progredire le biotecnologie farmaceutiche e nell'affrontare le numerose sfide nella gestione del dolore.
