I learned the Krebs cycle in Chem A, Professor Berkan used 'happy bachelors' i his drawings. Then, it came up in Biochemistry, I already knew it! Then it cam up in Nursing school, I already knew it! Then it came up in Organic Chemistry in Pre Med, yeah on top of that! Now here it is again, demonstrating the value of education and excellent teachers! Dr. Been is an excellent teacher people!

Thank you Dr Been. I started taking MB to ensure cognitive health. My sister has been on SSRI’s for over 30 years. She also has stage 3 kidney disease (for over 9 years with no improvement) caused by other meds she had been on. She got off her SSRI and started MB, 10 mg a day. She never felt better. Her doc was worried and made her get a blood test to see how her kidneys were dealing with MB. He was shocked to see her score improved 10 points after being on MB for only 1 month.

Wow. Her kidneys improved after using MB? I wonder if it is because she stopped using the other meds or because MD helped.

People on antidepressants should know the Serotonin theory of depression is officially dead. As of 2022 there is no evidence to support the use of SSRIs in anyone for depression. It is now known a small percentage have placebo effects, that's all. Serotonin levels have little correlation to depression. Big Pharma made 400 Billion in profits, but they don't work. 1st make sure it’s pharmaceutical grade and comes from reputable lab. You can buy online directly from a couple companies or Amazon as long as reputable. I started with .50ml = 1 drop twice per day in water. Moved up to 2 drops twice daily then 4. Low dose is best. Before sauna, I started putting 2 drops under tongue for sublingual route. I’m dealing with autoimmune vax injury of 19 mo and pretty bad off so not sure if helping yet. I’ve had no issue with blue mouth BTW. Brand I’m using BPH MB 1% USP grade. Biopharm inc Arkansas.

I have used PBMT, principally Near Infrared Light, for several years and it is very effective in most cases, particularly where you get the dosage right by reading high quality studies. MB is new to me but I recently read where hospitals and dental clinics are combining either 405 nm violet light with MB (dental applications) or Near Infrared Light (around 810 nm or upwards) with MB to reduce post-surgical infections, particularly in medical environments having problems with ineffective antibiotics. I am now very interested to study the relationship between the light and the MB as I used to think MB was used only to give the light an external chromophore in the case of a virus infection (bacteria have internal chromophores so no MB may be needed). Anyway, I am being chatty because of excitement of seeing one of the best and most easily understandable lectures ever presented on these subjects by this remarkable speaker. I am subscribed and I will watch all of the videos.

A higher dose of MB is suppose to disturb the gut Microbiome. But I take 6-7mg/day which is low but it disturbs my gut by giving me much gas and mild cramping. I broke it up into 2 doses which helped. I weigh 75kg so at the lowest doses suggested here, .5/kg that would be 33drops/day which would really bother my gut. All these doses are somewhat related to the large IV doses given in hospitals for CO and cyanide poisoning which is not anywhere related to health benefits. A study said seniors should take 3mg/day low dose for Alzheimer's

Can you please address MB and how it increases Testosterone? I'm 69 years young. I started trying MB because of content like yours describing the benefits in just everyday activities that I needed help with from getting older. I used it for 3 weeks or so at 8 drops twice a day. Which is a low dose even lower than what you displayed here. My research has found that some people take 1/2 to 1 mg per kilogram of body weight. In most cases that's 40 to 70 or higher drops. I was due for labs last week. Since I have prostate C They want my T levels to be low. I might add that I'm not in agreement with that. Or there would be lots of 18 years olds with PC. But long story short, my T went up to 924 from the low 600's So if I continued to take MB would it continue to skyrocket, or does it plateau? Can you point me to studies related to this? I want to continue to take MB. I felt really good, I was remembering why I went into a room,🤣 and what I was looking for. The energy level went up, and the overall feeling of well-being. I was using a USP grade of MB Appreciate it if you could give any feedback Thank you.

I heard MB had positive effects on hormones too, and that makes since because every cell in our body has mitochondria except our blood cells. The way i see it, maybe the laydic cells, which prpduce testosterone are getting more energy, which well...produces more testosterone. Since sperm cells also have mitochondria, taking MB could've further helped to produce more T. Also, impressive test for your age alot on younger men sadly in the 300 to 600 range.

Quite a few studies ive heard mentioned on some vids on prostate c. they say that its not having high enough testosterone levels seems to cause more prostate problems and BPH and higher probability for cancer as the prolactin and estrogen or xenoestrogen can then become too influential.
It never made sense to me that saying high T is the cause because lots of men have high T and have perfectly healthy sexual systems.
I know DHT is a culprit for negative effects, which the two types of T get imbalanced as we get older.
It makes sense though what some of the specialists say that not getting enough active T into sexual organ cells that they are developed to need to function properly.
I read a endocrinologist explanation a long time ago say that the cells inside rhe prostate lining are actually nearly the same as mammary cells in the lobules in female breast tissue as they all produce the milk protein fluids.
The same cells in either male or female react to prolactin and estrogen similarly.
Just seems that lowering T will just allow the other hormones to increase and cause worse problems.

Get ph strips ( the cheap paper is best, plastic with two tests per strips gives two completely different answers) from Amazon and test your urine. Humans thrive at a ph of approximately 7.4. We learned this in high schools in 1967. With cancer your urine will probably be 5 or 6. You could take 1& 1/2 teaspoonfuls twice a day. You must test urine every day, not testing can result in deadly consequences! The ph should take about 10 days to get to 8. Try to keep it at 8 for 2-3 days. If it is 9 or between 8 and nine STOP taking. You may. If the ph doesn’t go up you may need a gradually higher dose but Do NOT let ph go over 8. Also, you may have to repeat once or twice monthly a couple of times. And probably a quarter teaspoonful daily from now on. When you do the initial treatment, if the ph doesn’t go up any increase should not be more than a half teaspoonful increase per day and wait a couple of days to increase. I think the severity of the cancer as well as individual differences and diet make the difference. Being told I had prostate cancer, I did this, after being told, “ in all likelihood you have cancer, I want to do a biopsy of 12 holes on your prostate “ . I refused and was later told by my wife’s nephrologist who told me he had seen men with an enlarged prostate, and no signs of metastasis, have cancer all thru their body two months after their biopsy. I would not want to take the baking soda while being treated with chemotherapy. I don’t pee as often and feel great for my age of 73. Oh, it was 5 years ago that I had the urologist tell me what he did. Additionally, 1/4 teaspoonful per day, according to a study published on the NIH , can possibly delay or stop stage one kidney patients from progressing. When I first saw this study it was easy to find it, now having to wade thru multiple pages to find this study. I asked a transplant kidney specialist if he had stage one kidney failure two questions, “ did you see that study and if you had stage one kidney failure would you take the baking soda? His answer, yes and Absolutely!

It all sounds good, but remember, all chemical medications will have side effects. People have some significant adverse reactions to MB.
And don't forget some doctors recommend fluvoxamine for long covid, which is a mystery to me, because SSRIs can send certain people to hospitals from awful psychotropic reactions. Further, anyone wanting to take MB for covid should not take it with fluvoxamine (an SSRI)

Methylene blue though, also inhibits nitric oxide of which we are already deficient as we age , but that at high doses No is oxidative, older adults don’t want to take out more No because they’re already too low in it , we need the two, but how do you balance it out ?
    (Complex4) x? Great info❤

This is very exciting. My doc doesnt seem to be able to help with my low sats as they are too borderline for me to be referred to a long covid clinic and my tachycardia and bradycardia arent considered connected, and im down for refusing beta blockers (a sensible med if youre a bit bradycardic..??? I think not!) Anyway im obviously 9nmmy own with this so ive got to work out a treatment for myself so ill try methyle blue, and as i have a near infrared lamp i might as well use it too! So grateful for the resources you can find onYT, and grateful thanks in particular to Dr Been 🙏

I am just learning about this very old substance… My family and I suffer from genetic disorder that causes degeneration of the retina tissue. from what I understand, the retina is not being fed the nutrients that it needs through oxygen and blood supply. It is said that it is a programming of the DNA that is causing this. (Retinitis pigmentosa). I would like to preserve what is left of my eyesight. I am in the late stages of this disease. My 16-year-old son was just diagnosed. I would donate my time and my body for experiments specific to this disorder in treatment with methylene blue. I don’t know of any doctors that would condone this in my general health coverage. And I don’t know of any naturopath that I would quite frankly, trust. Any thoughts on this? Thank you so much for your time :-)

Wouldn't you just try it yourself with a bit more research? I've read if you are going to experiment with MB, you need to buy pharmaceutical grade. After playing around with MB, I recommend reading up on chlorine dioxide and DMSO for healing the eye. I've read a number of testimonials of people reversing cataracts with chlorine dioxide.

@@hadleybee9710 from what I understand about the fourth phase of water, has to do with ATP production and can be induced by photo bio modulation/red light… Never heard of Brown’s gas… I will have to look into that. Thank you :-)

Doesn't MB have the ability to restore oxphos in the cancer cell and reverse the warberg effect? If cancer is using glycolysis in the cytoplasm and producing lactate and shuts down the use of cytochrome c oxidases ability to function properly, stopping from spilling into the cytoplasm and signaling apoptosis. So mb would allow
the mitochondria to restart oxphos and because it's sick cause the spillage and apoptosis?

    • @midnightsocean2689
      @midnightsocean2689 Год назад +3

On line. To the best of my knowledge you want "USP" grade with verified purity testing. CZTL has it, as well as some Indian companies like macsenlab. Macsenlab makes a lot of different grades though, so be sure you are looking at the proper "USP medical grade" stuff.
Drug interaction. BE WARE: People who are on SSIRs type drugs (usually antidepressants) could run into serotonin toxicity. Taking Methylene blue is not a good idea if you are on SSIRs.

The only thing Ive heard is headaches if you take too much start low n work your way up according to your body weight but it helps with so many good brain functions and possibly add some MCT oi in your coffee or teal Ive heard the combination of redlight thereapy and MB has a lot of positives for brain fog dementia even Parkinsons.
