  • Studies show that neurons are metabolically protected when low dose Methylene Blue is administered systemically. Methylene Blue promotes energy metabolism and neuronal survival. A similar protective effect is observed with near infrared light. Let's review.

I learned the Krebs cycle in Chem A, Professor Berkan used 'happy bachelors' i his drawings. Then, it came up in Biochemistry, I already knew it! Then it cam up in Nursing school, I already knew it! Then it came up in Organic Chemistry in Pre Med, yeah on top of that! Now here it is again, demonstrating the value of education and excellent teachers! Dr. Been is an excellent teacher people!

Thank you Dr Been. I started taking MB to ensure cognitive health. My sister has been on SSRI’s for over 30 years. She also has stage 3 kidney disease (for over 9 years with no improvement) caused by other meds she had been on. She got off her SSRI and started MB, 10 mg a day. She never felt better. Her doc was worried and made her get a blood test to see how her kidneys were dealing with MB. He was shocked to see her score improved 10 points after being on MB for only 1 month.

    • @thorinoakenshield5601

1st make sure it’s pharmaceutical grade and comes from reputable lab. You can buy online directly from a couple companies or Amazon as long as reputable. I started with .50ml = 1 drop twice per day in water. Moved up to 2 drops twice daily then 4. Low dose is best. Before sauna, I started putting 2 drops under tongue for sublingual route. I’m dealing with autoimmune vax injury of 19 mo and pretty bad off so not sure if helping yet. I’ve had no issue with blue mouth BTW. Brand I’m using BPH MB 1% USP grade. Biopharm inc Arkansas.

It is now known a small percentage have placebo effects, that's all. Serotonin levels have little correlation to depression. Big Pharma made 400 Billion in profits, but they don't work. I have used PBMT, principally Near Infrared Light, for several years and it is very effective in most cases, particularly where you get the dosage right by reading high quality studies. MB is new to me but I recently read where hospitals and dental clinics are combining either 405 nm violet light with MB (dental applications) or Near Infrared Light (around 810 nm or upwards) with MB to reduce post-surgical infections, particularly in medical environments having problems with ineffective antibiotics. I am now very interested to study the relationship between the light and the MB as I used to think MB was used only to give the light an external chromophore in the case of a virus infection (bacteria have internal chromophores so no MB may be needed). Anyway, I am being chatty because of excitement of seeing one of the best and most easily understandable lectures ever presented on these subjects by this remarkable speaker. I am subscribed and I will watch all of the videos.

Dr. Is there a way to create a symbiotic relationship between MB and Nitric Oxide? I have read many articles on each but seems some articles speak badly of NO. Yet, I can see the value NO brings to vasodialation. Can I create the same effects Nitric Oxide offers, by just setting a prescribed amount, frequency and dosage of MB to accomplish the same?
I read many articles on the benefits of NO, as well as MB. But occasionally, Dr's speak adversely about NO.
    Can I get your input?
    Thank you.

Methylene blue though, also inhibits nitric oxide of which we are already deficient as we age , but that at high doses No is oxidative, older adults don’t want to take out more No because they’re already too low in it , we need the two, but how do you balance it out ?
    (Complex4) x? Great info❤

Thank you, DrBeen. With this kind of information, I have hope that my daughter, a smart, beautiful senior in high school, can be healthy again. Trying so hard to learn quickly and take proper action that will help her before more muscle and brain damage occurs. Her symptoms are all over the place... gastro, neural, muscular. The cascading avalanche is shocking. To go from healthy, strong, enthusiastic to. weak, shrinking, pain ridden, and sad so, so quickly... (not c vaccinated, but similar vaccine 'storm' six years ago ar twelve years old, that stopped in thrre weeks. Thus one isn't!).

@@ericjohnson624 She had a flu shot. First one, and last one, ever. We are slow, careful, minimalistic about vaccines. They wanted to give her a bunch more. We came in for a TDaP and a sign off on the other optional ones. I had always never allowed more than three at one time (like only MMR, OR polio, not both...). That time they convinced her to do the flu. Unbeknownst to us, it was a four way. Plus, rather than give her the TDaP, they gave her an MMR that she didn't need. She was sick within minutes while still in the exam room. They said she was fine. By the time we got to the car, her back hurt so bad she had to lay down. Within a half hour she started to pas out upon standing. I called the office and they said she had the flu. On Tamiflu within an hour. Lost 14 lbs in two weeks. Uncontrollable fever, pain, fainting, utter weakness.... Second round of Tamiflu as soon as the first was finished. All by phone only. The staff refused to see it as anything unusual. I didn't realize what really was happening because I had never heard of cytokine storms. No vaccines since then. We moved from Washington state to Florida. We had to get a waiver for school. The staff person at the health department there said it is best to NOT get a flu shot with other shots, and also found the MMR/TDaP mistake.

@@ericjohnson624 listen to your gut....you will have to research deeply ANY shot. They think they can put anything together now and call it a jabx. I won't take any... they already put flu jab with mrna now too. It is crazy
