I have the same SWR Dagger slide. It was doing this exact same thing with 2 different barrels. Catching and hanging up upon chambering a round. PSA also told me to check the optic screw. I will definitely try this to see if it fixes the issue. Thank you!

I have the same slide, with seemingly the same issue, what specifically did you have to file down and how much did you have to file? I tried polishing the feed ramp and everything else, I just don't wanna accidentally file down something too much
