It didn't but to many people I've read online and talked to, the twist 3/4th of the way into the movie threw them off

you know at first i was scared for the old blind man..but then after he killed the guy with the gun and saw he walk inside hes house like he was not blind i was yelling to the invader to get the hell out of that house,very good movie

when all the people in the background in any move are speaking they are only moving their mouths. they add the sound later. I learned that from a camera man. !!! who's hair I cut.
they are only adding the sound when they are shooting in public places with a lot of background noise where it would be near impossible to get usable audio from the actors. yet when they shoot in an absolutely controlled environment, they use and rof course enhance the actors' audio in post-production (that's why they hold up the large boom mics over the actors' heads).
great film! kept me in suspense the entire time. WOW!
Even the villain is brutal, understand the character because his daughter was dead, he wants another daughter, that much love in her daughter and the best character I have ever seen

No Jane levy played "Mia" and "rocky". She was in both films.... And I know she looks so different in "don't breathe" Her hair is short and blonde in this film. Fede directed both films!

Loved this movie. The 'Blind Man' delivered and two out of the three characters got exactly what they deserved. Hoping to see a 'part 3' where Jane Levy's character, (asshole # 3 with no pun intended) gets hers.
