What do your macros look like cutting on a marathon prep?
Around 3200 cals on long runs and 2800 on the avg day. Trying to lean out I only track protein and cals and try to eat more carbs than fat to fuel

My problem is my legs give up by fast longruns bevor my heart and lungs ? Everyone has the same problem ?:D more rest dor my legs ?

This is typical. I am never short of breath but the legs get tired and heavy. Rest is important but I would say steadily building up distance on long runs gets your legs used to longer distances.
