Okay guys, I am now 64 and have been doing Man Flow Yoga for 2 months now and signed up the FUNdementals course and just completed the first week and I can say a 1000% over ALL rejuvenation in my body and life. Yea, was sore at first but well worth it and like Dean says, practice it will come about. By the way get the mat and blocks they are a lot better than the other mats out there.
....and don’t forget men in their 70’s....there are still some poses we can do and perhaps some that are more important than others. Love Man Flow Yoga! 👍🏻
65 here and loving the routines. Have always been curious about yoga but didn’t want the spiritual side and the are the perfect answer. Also really appreciate your focus on us older guys who are more inflexible. Describes every male over 50 in one way or another lol
Hey Dean, thank you for these yoga videos! I have been looking to getting into yoga for quite sometime, but could not find the right ones that seem to fit what I was looking for. But then I found MFY, and after reading your description, I was like "yes, this is exactly what I was looking for, yoga for me, over 50, no spirituality associated with it (not that there is anything wrong with that), and yes, for men! I needed someone to understand what I could and could not do...and tell me what do I do with my family jewels! 🤣🤣🤣 Even my wife said "yup, this was made for you". I am slowly using the 10 minute morning yoga video to get me started, along with the 50 and over videos. But I do have a question that has come up during my use...I seem to over stretch my leg, in that my knee(s) become locked. Am I stretching/straighten them too much? As I feel if I loosen the stretch, I will not be getting the full use of yoga. Any thoughts here. Love the videos and will be slowly using them, and growing into them as I move up on my yoga experience. Thank you!!!
Establishes the possibility of seeing videos for men in their 60s, 70s, etc as well. It appears weight training is also part of your regime and I wonder if there may be videos to demonstrate a connection between weight training exercises and yoga.

Hi Dean. Just asking. How can we order your mat and blocks, here in the Philippines? Thanks and God bless.
👍👍👍
I'm always on the lookout for your puppy dog to make an appearance. You had the door closed :-(

Is it normal that I feel all the stress on my glutes on the last stretch?
Yes, in a standing pose that would be normal. Discomfort is ok but pain is never good.
only 11 Minutes ?
We have longer workouts in the Man Flow Yoga App & Members' Area, you can check that out here: manflowyoga.com/join
