    I just ordered one! Funny that you said it kinda looks like a little battle ship, because that's what I thought when settling on the color! I'm stoked and can't wait ' til it arrives! Appreciate the build and the video!

    Wow can't believe it has been 6 months already. When and if I ever kill my Hobie this will be my next (you helped me make that decision). Good stuff bruh and great review.

      Thanks Keith! That Hobie has been a work horse and fish catching machine for sure! 🤟

    This boat seems to be more well suited to "catch and release" type fishing. not any really good places for a fish bag that don't interfere with bow-mount motors and other usable features on the front.

      If I was going to use a bag for keeping them I would reconfigure the back and place the TM battery up front and use the entire rear area for a bag and small tackle storage. I've seen some other ideas on youtube for crappie fishing. 👍

    Awesome video, I've been wanting to upgrade from my 127 into a pwr but I'm a little nervous to do so.

      Couple guys I know had SS127 and had some input on the design of the PWR and they were happy with the outcome. This is my first Bonafide but I'm seriously impressed.👍

    Man choosing a fishing kayak is hard. I dont think ill be disappointed no matter what i choose i just dont know what i want to do. I really really really like the pwr 129 for its customizability but getting a used titan 10.5 from 2023 or so is also an option....

      You won't go wrong with an older (2022-23)Titan or Slayer max 10. If you go that route make sure it has the sling blade rudder that made a big difference to me. The Titan is a bit heavier than the Slayer Max but it's more stable. The slayer layout and rigging is nicer in my opinion. Keep me posted on what you get👍

    Just wonder why the 13 x 13 x 13 bllackpak is mounted with the opening towards you instead of away?

      When I'm turning around in the seat it's easier for me to undo the latches. 👍

    You ever take water over the bow after moving the battery up front? And do you find 50 amps to be enough juice for that graph and livescope all day? Great update, thanks!

    • @demolition_fishing
      @demolition_fishing  Месяц назад +1

      No the boat sits pretty much the same as when the battery was in the back. It's very balanced boat for sure. The TM and 50ah battery weigh in around 43lbs and the 100ah for the TM in the back and my tackle weigh about the same. I consider the black box and bridge and myself the center of the boat so no issues with it sitting nose heavy even when standing closer to the front. Also if you do take on waves the front hatch design is improved as they made the hatch rails taller so it stays dry even in the heaviest of waves. I can get two days of fishing on the 50ah using both scope and graph. Previous boats a 30ah would get me a day and a couple hours of the following morning. Thanks for checking it out👍

    Any thoughts about going to the new XTR 129 over the PWR??

    • @demolition_fishing
      @demolition_fishing  Месяц назад

      Bigger is better in some aspects for sure. Not saying it's not worth the say $1000 over a PWR but add a TM, Battery and your in that Hobie PA14 range and still no pedals. The attraction of the PWR was the initial cost and the weight and efficiency in the water. Cool that they are offering so many options tho👍

      @@demolition_fishing I will probably be upgrading to the PWR. Just seems to meet my needs. I also use the hull for rod storage.
