What documentation would be accepted as proof of common-law partners for the Spanish NLV?
Can you get a civil partnership in Spain that would suffice for the NLV renewal... So one application instead of two? Do you know of you can do this? Any help appreciated?! 😮
For a couple would you do one Application with your digital certificate or two. How would they know we are a married couple I the f applications are with two certificates 🙃👍

Hello. We had the civil partnership certificate but if not i would highly recommend emailing the consulate in the UK you will be attending. I would assume a council tax bill or bank in joint names would be something, but they should clarify and Manchester answered some of my questions that we had at the beginning, you can only try. So, can the person stay on in Spain having summitted a renewal? i.e. NLV 1 year runs out on Jan.1st, can they stay on in Spain until the renewal comes through?
@@Upsticks I've sent a message in your online chat. Earlier in the year I asked if you dealt with preregistration of S1 form but you said unfortunately you didn't do it. Having looked at some of the videos on your RUclips channel,it looks like you now do it? If so what is the cost of pre registering my S1. Would you need my S1 in email form, or could I take a clear screenshot of it?
