      I don't know her country of origin it sounds like English is not her first language so her spoken English is inflected with whatever her native language might be.
      additionally to my ear her English sounds British inflected. But I'm just a wannabe amateur linguist.

      I bought some parboiled and just threw them into the already cooked veggies. I thought they were off tasting and gummy. Next time, I'll try the boiling water method.

    You could try adding some chopped up chicken breasts, lime juice, ginger, sesame oil, some soy sauce and some broccoli for a really tasty dish. Or add some mangetout and peppers and a dash of hot sauce.Let us know what you go for!
    200g tenderstem broccoli, trimmed
    100g mangetout, trimmed
    2 x 300g packs Amoy Straight To Wok Udon Noodles
    3 tbsp light soy sauce
    1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
    1cm piece fresh ginger, grated
    1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

    Nice and sounds delish that any noodle; after boiling noodles, I always keep the boiled water, add different flavors and serve in bowls; it's better than dry ones!
    P.S: udon is the noodle shop, I guess !

    I have dry udon noodles but the packet says 3 minutes. But they were not fully cooked after 3 minutes 😬

    Thank you but can someone please tell me how I can find it where I can find uncooked big fat round Udon Noodles, I don’t want the flat or pre-cooked or frozen noodles. I can’t believe it’s this difficult, please help

    wish I had seen this video before starting, I just ran them under hot water and they broke into smaller pieces :( still tasty though! will remember these tips next time!
