I carry an Excelsior in my pocket and a SwissTool in my organizer, so that would make an interesting companion to them to have in my wallet. I may also get one for mom.
Thanks for giving us a closer look at this one. But how can you assess this glass file vs. the regular file if you have gloves on? ;) I wish they'd have dropped the toothpick and put a regular size tweezers in that slot and then put a light where the tweezer are, making it the Swisscard Lite with the glass file instead of the letter opener knife (which seems like a pretty worthless knife). So my question is, if you own both the Nailcare and the Lite models, can you fit the glass file into the knife slot on the Swisscard Lite, and switch 'em up like that? That, I think, would make a cool EDC complement to, say, the Pioneer.
The swap won't (unfortunately) work. The slot for the knife is a much different shape than the one for the file. Maybe they need to offer a Nail Care Lite card. Might be the perfect solution. :)
@@WhiteGloveReviews I figured it wouldn't fit. I sort of think the cards are cool but none of them is quite right for me. The Swisscard Lite is the coolest IMO. Do they hold up pretty well in a wallet, or do they eventually crack? Anyway, I love that you have such a wide array of the more obscure Victorinox stuff on your channel that not many others do videos on. Thanks!
@@Pinki2019 The cards seem pretty sturdy. I think you could crack them if you tried, but I doubt it would crack with normal use. I don't carry one myself. My Mom decided she liked the cards and she is carrying one in her purse and she seems pretty happy with it so far. No report of it cracking from her. I'm glad you are enjoying the videos. I have some pretty unusual Swiss Army Knife videos coming. :)
