With certain brokerages there could be a fee on your overall assets. Some products allow the agent to choose residual commissions, but most do pay a one time, up-front commission. Thanks for the questions.
How do I find out the Commission paid for each annuity company pertaining to a SPIA?

Ask the agent you are working with. SPIAs generally pay 2% - 3%. Keep in mind, that isn't a percentage you pay. The insurance company pays commissions. 100% of your money goes into your annuity. Thanks for watching!
