@@RCSmith90 no problem at all your channel is showing different things when it comes to the OBS trucks. Your not going for the same old LS or LT swaps like everyone else is doing on there channels. Don't get me wrong I love a LS swap OBS truck if its done right and sounds good running. But your channel is showing me that I can still have
Speed and performance in a different way. Just make sure
when you're sticking a bolt 🔩 in the hole 🕳️ it has some hair on it 😂. Rip to your friend that pass 🙏🏽 can't wait to see the next video 👍🏾

I don’t have a built trans installed yet. Been doing all this with the factory trans so far. I have a built one waiting to eventually be put in. Kind of went back and forth on the decision. I have a couple vids on trying to plan a future trans.

Why would you swap a 1 pc driveshaft for a 2 pc?

My truck originally came with a 2 piece because it’s an extended cab. I got a one piece made because I thought it would be cool, that’s one. And two a bunch of people said it couldn’t be done. Which made me do it more. I did it and made it work after a lot of trial and error. Then I lowers the truck another 2 inches in the rear.
That threw off the geometry and angles again. So I had of choice of spending time to trying to correct that again, or throw in the original 2 piece so I can get on the dyno and install the go fast parts I’ve been holding onto. The guys that have been following the channel saw what I went through getting the one piece to work.

I explained that in the video. It’s kinda long so you may have skipped past that part because it’s almost an hour.

Gotcha. I have a 69 c10 that had 2 pc factory but after slight modifications every time you floor it I had to change carrier bearing. 88-98 carrier bearings might be better idk but good luck to you sir can't wait to see the dyno results!

@@drewwest1337 thanks man!! I still have the one piece and I’m going to try it again in the future. I get asked a lot about the marine intake and I kinda feeling the pressure to get it installed. When I get more power I might end up running into the same problem you just said. Thanks for giving me the heads up about it so I can try to plan for it.

@@RCSmith90 You're welcome sir. I love the build makes me wish I kept my 94 extended cab stepside
