    Get deeper in your good mornings. Keep the "chest up" que in mind (ofc) and get to parallel torso to the floor. Even if you need to bend your knees, just keep them as straight as possible. That bottom possition is the most important part your missing and the weight needed will drop a lot, keeping your nervous system fresher.
