Watching your friends get Whipples, and not the customers who paid full price 6 months ago is definitely getting old.
I called whipple and they told me they’ll be shipping by the end of the month but idk for sure.
You must be new to Lethal...... Clown show.
lol.. that’s just the was this game is played. If I had to guess they received free labor and a massive discount on the unit as well. But you, can wait. lol
Who paid full price six months ago? They didn't pre-sales wil mid November and then they were 15% off. Lol
@@tylerolson5860but yet .. you still watch them lol
Let's see that Gen 6 blower on a gen 3 car. Let's see the comparison already.
It’s special. It has a lethal emblem on the lid. Let’s put one of these on a 23 and down. That will give us an idea if it’s all hype or the real deal.
Im looking forward to seeing someone able to tune the 24 l know they are going to be a real beast
Wow I didn’t know the whipple supercharger also doubled as an ergonomic laptop stand… great functionality!
No matter how old people get, this stuff is always fun and exciting
😂👍💪
Well Great! Now lets get those Whipples ship to those of us that preoreded lol
That was the 1st vid where I’ve heard the blower scream a lil…. Nice 👍
Had a shop put a 3.0 Whipple on my 2019 Bullitt. 740rwhp, it was a beast
How much boost is it on to out down those numbers?
My brother and I took his at the time new 2010 gt500 to a lethal performance shop in Richmond VA for tuning after we put a 3.4 whipple in it. They had the car for about a week and a half, and while “test driving” they hit a fox. Never told him, until he mentioned body line gap. He owned a body shop, seen the damage off the rip.
Sorry to hear about that experience! We are based in South Florida and have no affiliation with that shop.
Jared the car looks amazing!!!
1. Did you add a new fuel system in addition to the booster pump?
2. Did you replace the OPGs and crank sprocket?
Thanks Brother!!!
Cheers‼️👍👊💪🇺🇸
Another crazy day with the Mustang king
It’s gonna make the “Dark” Horsepower
Jared the car looks amazing!!!

Are you planning to add Kooks headers for another 30 RWH?
Thanks Brother!!!
Cheers‼️👍👊💪🇺🇸
We only have the fuel pump voltage booster for anything fuel system related, apart from the injectors and rails that come with the Whipple kit.
The car still has stock OPG and crank sprocket. We have discussed replacing them with upgraded ones, but have yet to move forward.
At the moment, we are going to keep the factory exhaust manifolds on the car to see what we can achieve.
Should have went to the gas station across the street and poured some Cuban coffee in the tank. Would have hit 820whp then 🤘🏼😂. Great numbers!!
Need this kit for my DH!!!
Bad ass Dark Horse Mustang!!!
How much was the installation total cost
Any thoughts on the Handling Pack vs Non Handling Pack. I won’t be on the track. Any concerns with the Non Handling Pack ride height or tire configuration
Does anyone know if these are still braking between shifts? What was causing that?
I have that exact dark horse. I want the whipple but it costs me 20k to get the whipple in canada....
Move
Gotta pay the Trudeau tax!
I want to get my car on one of these S650 videos and I want the wizard to install it
Does tuning kill your warranty and does Ford offer the whipple for the Dark Horse yet?
You said it was hot in there the day that you did that Dyno Run, but it looks like you're on SAE standards doesn't that correct for weather conditions ?
SAE weather corrections are more accurate for NA vehicles. On boosted vehicles high temps or low pressure will effect the numbers much more than any weather corrections can account for. Hope that helps.
That is one good looking S650
e85 coning soon?
Hey Jared! What do your intake temps look like after some pulls and normal driving?
That whipple boi..🤙🤙
What octane did you make? And how much boost?
Not quite sure of the exact octane it ended up being. I believe we added 1 can of Octanium to an almost full tank of pump 93. With the 3.75” pulley and stock cats/manifolds we should be right around 12psi.
WU TANG!!!!!
🙌
93 octane hmmmm you mean people dont use it normally? I've never put anything else in mine but 93 octane.
Same . I have a 2005 3 Valve with a Whipple Kit and run only 7LBs but always use 93 octane
Man I would love for u guys to supercharged my darkhorse but I live in California 😔.
Does the MPG of the car change when you do a mod like this?
I have a Whipple inside of my 2024 Mustang GT, and oh my God it destroyed my already bad gas mileage haha so keep that in mind
Just watched Streetspeeds Whipple mustang slaughter a Z06 in roll race. Had an 18 version. Sold it for a C8. You just can’t beat a Coyote.
This is when the stock cats go bye bye 💥
This is insane!!!
So thr factory engine internals and Transmission can handle that much power? Hmmm 🤔
And more! I’ve already been 9.78@138.9 with the car. Going to pulley it down to make 1000+ and see how deep into the 9’s we can go. The Dark horse has the 2020-2022 GT500 rods in it so it’s a pretty stout engine from the factory. The transmission will most likely hold up as well but may need some upgraded steel and frictions for the power level we’re aiming for.
@@LethalcampAh. I see. Ok. That makes sense 👍
🙌 Wu-Tang Forever!
Wow puting down some serious power 800hp/600pound feet, but question is rather or not the tranny/rear end can take it and if so how much of it will actually = moving the car 🤔 , just dont see it being real fun unless willing to cruise around with at bare minimum drag radials which aint gonna cut so really gonna need some seriously gripy tires(10" slick) or something of that matter, but cant deny ford did there homework on the coyote and kept the same 302ci they've had from the beginning where dodge and chevy have either up/lowered size or offer 5 different sizes all of which pound for pound cant come close to hp/ci as the coyote/voodoo motors produce , mustang gt badge continues to deliver and im a chevy guy but gotta give credit where its due , but performance upgrade cost/options think chevy is still hard to beat but in this day there all awesome machines from the factory, stang is badass nonetheless 😉
Someone needs to lay off the high octane energy drinks,,,lol
Great video. Curious, is it safe to run that octane booster all the time or will it damage the cats? It seems the stock cat-back must flow well. Changing the mufflers appears to be only for the audible changes. Is this a safe assumption? "Final Countdown"? Are you that old? lol
Not safe for continous with normal (whole bottle) usage. You can find the details about how much they actually recommend for normal continous use on cars with emissions components still
Nice 👍
RUclips famous ☹️🥰
Can someone explain to me the dark horse pricing? I like the car but it just doesn’t make any sense. If the GT cost 40k and the Dark Horse cost 70k.. what’s the difference between the 2 other than small cosmetic stuff. I can’t find any meaningful difference between the 2, and certainly not 30 grand difference. Is it just a stupidity tax? That pricing seems so incredibly odd to me. If you want to have a premium version okay make it 5 or mayb 10k more expensive, give it a few exclusive features. But 30k?? And there’s nothing meaningfully different? Can someone explain this to me? At 70k it should be coming with the whipple already installed and an upgraded trans. Maybe they just introduced it to make the GT seem like a phenomenal bargain, if so, that was a massive success. GT is a great deal, and the dark horse might be the dumbest buy on the market outside of mopar right now. 70 grand with the same performance and the same interior?
I think the dark horse has trans coolers doff coolers magniride suspension and a few other things I'm forgetting
@@TheJazzyjake1234 I was under the impression the gt had magnaride but maybe it’s an option. If those things are true I guess it makes more sense, still seems a little steep for 97% of the same vehicle. Guess that’s just my opinion though.
@@ChrisDavis333 I don't disagree but I'd still buy the dark horse those 5 extra horsepower from the same engine is alot lol
@@TheJazzyjake1234 you could buy a tune and get 70-80hp for a few hundred bucks instead of 20 grand.
The Dark Horse has many engine internal upgrades done to it. Gt500 rods, better rod bearings, better cams, a better balanced crank and some other things. That stuff costs money. Well worth it because it'll handle boost more reliably at higher HP levels (in theory due to better internals)
15k out the door with install no thanks. A new base GT 2022/2023 are still available with an ESS kit will destroy a whipple dark horse. For 40 grand less. All that money Palm Beach Gyno charges and they cant afford AC so lame so gay
It’s sad when everybody knows you keep pushing this overpriced Dud strictly to sell parts lol.
Do you need a box of tissues? 🤷♂️
As a mustang owner, you should be happy the Mustang is still being made with a v8. Even if it's an updated s550 with a tweaked motor.
This is far the most pointless video of the day . If anything you’re only pissing off customers waiting for theirs, besides that there’s no useful information one can use.
The burnout guy needs to go back to the drawing board
