- I discuss removing the back of my Invicta watch (Model 90187-003) to replace the battery and clean the inside of the crystal. The watch back was deceiving as it looks like a screw on back, but it is not.

I wish you showed the batter y removal and crown removal. But your comment about cleaning the crystal from the inside helped a ton. It was far easier than I made it into. I removed screws… not necessary.

Kind of skipped a key step that you advertised here. Removing the back is the main hurdle

My comment from the Dodge watch video regarding a watch wrench is moot lol you have one. Removing an analog movement is not as intuitive as discussed in this video but all in all these watch videos are well done!

Good video. Worth noting that most notched backs do unscrew. This is the first one I've seen that was press fit.

the battery was shorted-out installing it with metal tweezers!
Good catch. Thankfully it did not ruin the battery but that was not a good move.

The little round white sticker, inside the watch back, says after battery replacement, you must short between the AC and the positive plate where the battery is. It is indicated on the plate where to do this. You think that is just crap. I didn't see you preform this procedure. Just asking. Got mine opened up in front of me, for battery replacement. 🤔 oh well. Maybe a Japanese thing. 😁
