I’m just old enough to remember Chrysler has had huge financial problems over the last 60 years. It seems about every 10-20 years the American tax payer has had to bail them out to save the company. During the Obama administration, they bailed out GM and Chrysler Obama forgave those debts, check the history. The American tax payer got nothing in return for this huge unpaid debt. Thanks you jerk, Obama. Why is the tax payer stuck taking care of a vehicle manufacturer that can’t seem to run their own company. The so called CEOs gets this huge million dollar salary and the companies are in trouble. Divide this company up, like give Ford the Jeep end of manufacturing. Ram-Dodge could go to GM as another product line. Or give it to Toyota. These companies could save Chrysler. Even Musk could take over Chrysler/Jeep and save this American manufacturer save the American jobs. The political miss fits needs to stop selling off American companies to foreign idiots that don’t give a damn! Save this American manufacturer and find an individual that can run the company at a profit not a loss. If it losses the CEO gets no pay until they fix their spending stupidity.

The thing is there is no Chrysler anymore and I'd argue any autonomy that FCA gave to the North American operations is long gone under Stellantis. The new North American executives named are just "friendly faces" and it's executives in France and Italy that are actually running the NA operations now.

Its literally a TRX minus the hellcat due to the epa restrictions.... that IS Literally the only difference and you gain some more over the 24 Trx, like technologyfeatures, safety features and interior wise. As far as price, you can easily option one to less than $75k (trx level 1 equivalent) and have no vehicle that can touch you offroad besides a TRX and some would argue this will offroad better than trx due to being lighter and more manageable power for more technical 4x4... yes i love trx and hellcats but to say this is far different truck is a massive stretch. RHO has a POINT 1 second difference in 0-60 to the TRX with double the MPG. seems like a great replacement.

Going EV was a knee jerk reaction to America skyrocketing gas prices by putting sanctions on Russian Oil. America making enemies out of OPEC nations drives up gas prices.

The EV market is not crashing. The EV market is just getting started. Large displacement engines in cars are disappearing. Hybrids are a stop gap while the electric charging infrastructure is improved. We will be all-electric before 2060.

Without a doubt, this is the end of Dodge. Without the V-8 engine Dodge is irrelevant. Without Tim Kuniskis there they’re basically letting you know that the old Dodge is gone and that the new Dodge is electric vehicles. I have been a life long Mopar enthusiast with owning many throughout my life so far. I said when the Stellantis regime started, that the Mopar brands were doomed. Europeans are not like the Americans when it comes to vehicles and what people want. They believe, like they have tried or have done in their counties, and pushed what they want too the people, and make them think it is the best and the only option. The best thing that could happen is that the CDJR brands were sold off to a group that would offer what most want and the Mopar brands were founded on. Various options on the models, with power options and just over all choices, with price ranges that are affordable and reliability with in the brands. I just don't think the current owning group (Stellantis) will allow the brands to survive or they will change them so drastic that what they were founded on will be forgotten. My entire fleet is Mopar and are ICE vehicles, not that I would not possible entertain a hybrid version ,but never a EV.

All part of their plan to kill Americana. Dodge is Americana. I wish people would wake up to what these psychopaths are doing to our country and the citizens of it. EV cars are another scam.This is what happens when a small group of people own everything, they control everything.

If they were smart, Stellantis would bring back Ralph Gilles. He had more to do with Dodge getting back into muscle cars than Kuniskis way back in 2005. But of course Stellantis is not a smart company, they want to bury the Dodge brand forever. And this hurts, because I too am a life long Mopar guy.
