    to whoever is reading this, although getting exercise and eating healthy is extremely important to your health, it's also very important to know that you're beautiful no matter how much you weigh or what your dress size is. you don't have to be an instagram model to be pretty and you don't have to go to the gym to be pretty. it's all about what you want for your body and what you're happy with. i love you when you're sitting on the couch, binge watching netflix, and eating pizza rolls and i also love you when you're hitting the gym to make your body stronger. you're amazing.

    I love how honest you are and how you handle not getting the results you want even though you've put a lot of effort and time into doing this. More things that can effect your results are also your age because you're still growing and weight fluctuates and the fact that you already do sports and cardio, but normally more, so this wouldn't be as effective for someone who already is active.

    • @CheerUp2
      @CheerUp2 4 года назад +2

      I would still go on a walk. Its nice to have a incline but honestly just walking alone is amazing for the body, and better for loosing stubborn stomach fat than running. Running keeps your cortisol levels high and when you cortisol levels are high that holds onto the tummy chub, while walking lowers those levels. They say to actually loose weight you need to walk 10,000 steps. So even if you dont have a treadmill, just walking is great and better than nothing!

  • @ynjeepk
    @ynjeepk 4 года назад +2

    Here are some exercise tips I've concluded from exercising(I'm not a fitness expert but I do play sports and exercise regularly):
    - switching up your routine occasionally (esp for cardio) can exercise your body more bc your body gradually adapts to long term intensity
    - on the treadmill: speed walking= lean legs and running= muscular legs
    - exercising before eating= weight loss and exercising after eating= muscle gain
    GOOD LUCK EXERCISING!!!

    I love this! And I'm glad you handled your results that way. I do have to say that weight loss is like 90% what you eat - working out just adds extra calorie loss. Lauren does a lot of really healthy eating that I think contributed to most of her weight loss, the treadmill just helped her burn more calories and feel better mentally. I haven't looked at your more recent videos yet so I don't know if you found something that works for you, but all bodies are different so I'm glad you didn't get tripped up over this challenge not immediately working for you.

      @@remefem6775 The weight gain cause is also caused by muscle sometimes, you burn fat while doing cardio or exercise replacing the fat with muscle do you not know that?, I gained muscle on my thighs and it made me gain weight then usual I thought it was because i overate but I barely eat anything, so muscle can also be the cause for weight gain

    Hey Annie maybe you can try running? Maybe make a routine for yourself, starting out at only a few days of little milage a week and keep building for 90 days or however long you want. I started cross country running in the summer and I kid you not, it changed my whole perception of myself. A lot of people say weights are more effective, but being in quarantine with a treadmill, I say running is the way to go. It'll give you that lean physique you want, and being a basketball player, dancer, etc. running will really really benefit you. You can make your own decision, but I believe a few months to try out running will give you so many results. Thanks!

    In order to see results it’s important to keep your calories around the same as before you started the challenge/routine. Sometimes when you start working out or start a new routine you increase your caloric intake along with it because you have the mindset of “I’m working out more so I can afford to eat more” but ultimately that just makes you gain weight or maintain weight when your intentions were to lose.

    I do this challenge then immediately run a mile and a half after. And then I do an 10 minute workout video. You have to do more than just the challenge to see real results. And drinking tons of water throughout the day really helps.

Because we kinda have the same body type and I need your prospective before I go along with this workout, and on top of that what slim leg workouts would you recommend??

    I get you Annie, I get you.. Every workout I see just makes me look bigger because it's aimed to make me "Thicker". I want a skinny body (thigh gap, skinny arms ext..) but all these workouts dont do that. I honestly dont know at this point..

    Honestly gaining weight is a completely normal part of being a teenager. Your metabolism just slows down a bit the older you get!! There's absolutely nothing wrong with it and we need to start normalizing it. It's just a sign that your body is changing and maturing

    I have been running and walking on high inclines on the treadmill, and i have gained weight, but i feel is the muscle gain in my legs.

  • @aliciaperez5524
    @aliciaperez5524 3 года назад +2

    I’ve noticed some treadmills incline different, when I do 12 3 30 at planet fitness it’s easy but when I do it in my apt gym it feels way steeper and is way harder. Maybe your treadmill is not as inclined as other ones at the incline of 12? Or maybe your already decently in shape 💗

    • @Hailey-bz2ym
      @Hailey-bz2ym 2 года назад
