When I first saw this routine I thought this music was way too dramatic for her but I like it more and more everyime I see it. After all it's nice to hear some mature music and her dance is not mindblowing of course but it's nice to watch
I still think it's too drematic too but it has grown on me, it's better than her previous choreography which was much emptier, it's better than most american's choreographies and even if sb doesn't like her choreography he can enjoy this beautiful music.
Maybe she could add one more difficult dance skill, upgrade her double to 2.5 and try to jump out of it, just out of all her tumbling passes (I'm not a fun of leaps out of tumbling but it helps the D score) and maybe add a coule of whips before her double tuck. Maybe she already has some upgrades and didn't feel ready to compete them or she chose to play it safe.
Upgrade her leap series? That'd give her about a tenth or two? Upgrade the double full to a 2.5? Thats another tenth. Try to get a leap out of the double tuck? Another tenth... But that would be a maximum of .4 added? She's had this routine for so long, I'm surprised she hasn't upgraded SOMETHING.
why her d score is only 5.5? I thought it was 5.7 or 5.6 (not sure with the dance elements values): acro: E, E, E, D, c = 2.2. dance: b, b, c = .7 connections: .3 all the requirements = 2.5 d score: 5.7 I must be wrong in something.
I agree. I always liked her but I found her previous choreography a little boring, this one is way better and I think it's pretty artistic, not in the level of the Russians of course but it's beautiful.

Still not a fan of the multiple (like 15) head throw backs. But I think she'll be in London for her bars and beam excellence.

not with a 5.5 d score on floor...she might get second scoring in the 13's on floor won't get the job done..but she has done better so she could.

I'm sorry I love Kyla alot but why does it seem like every second of the routine she throws her head back lol
She dances like a robot,the leaps were terrible and she landed out of bounds.thats why i said it wasnt good.
