Bravo Kyla! Great job. Your performances are excellent. Congratulations from the bottom of my heart. With admiration and respect. Leo Cosma, (choreographer of Daniela Silivas, Aurelia Dobre, Camelia Voinea & coach of Lavinia Milosovici).
flexibility is not solely related to what you inherit. you can definitely get flexibility from training.... it doesn't matter what your genes are. yes, some may be more naturally flexible than others, but that just means you have to work harder toward it.
Well, flexibility is something that you inherit rather than develop by training and it has little to do with you height. What counts, though, is is the taller you are, the slower you can twist or tumble, because of the length of you limbs. It`s pure physics.
It's not lack of flexibility. Kyla can easily hit a split, everyone knows. She's grown a lot recently, which makes it harder to get enough amplitude needed to have time to hit a perfect split before you land.
i don't think she's the greatest twister so thats why she's not twisting and if she's struggling with the double pike(because of endurance) then how is she going to be able to do a much harder pass? i think the double pike will be fine for her once she gets used to it...
She won 4 individual world medals after the Olympics while competing against Simone freaking Biles. Her career "went downhill" (which, like, it didn't) because she grew faster than she and her coaches could accommodate, not because they *smartly* focused on good execution over having the highest D-score and chucking a bunch of deduction-trap skills.
I absoultly LOVE her floor music!
I liked how she still smiled in the end, congrats kyla! :)
I love everything about this floor exercise!...except the fall at the end, of course. But seriously, I really do love the choreography.
Gorgeous lines! I really like the choice of music. Hope she'll continue fine tuning this routine and goes for an all-around medal at Worlds this year!
her new music is amazing
Her new music is so fierce!
Interesting whip to double back. I'm curious to see if that'll turn into something else.
I love her!!! Beautiful routine.
love LOVE the end of her first tumbling pass
I love this routine! Great choice for Kyla! Too bad she didn't make her last tumbling pass,

amazing presentation! beautiful!
What a beautiful double arabian and stag jump!
She's the one who got the least amount of press in London..but how? She's truly amazing!
go kyla!
Very nice. I can't to see her in a few weeks. She will be ready.
Ah, I remember when Kyla was the brand new senior on the scene.
I agree
technically she did qualify to the BB finals but Gabby and Aly qualified ahead of her so she was eliminated by the 2 per country rule

GO KYLA! XD

If that's true, then explain why most Rhythmic Gymnasts are around 5'9" or 5'10"?
if she had a lack of flexibility why did she go to the olympics ? the taller you are the harder it is believe me i'm 5'5 and its tough

I hated how she always took a skill out of her routine if it didn't go well once.
she put it back in college though!

she's like Grishina of Russia, neither qualified to any event finals so the only medal they won was the team
011cra literally a silver medalist on beam lmao and in the all around she has a silver and a bronze but go off I guess
@@Matthew-jh6oh At the Olympics.
I see lack of flexibility.
I like this routine so much much better than her old one. I couldn't stand watching her old routine
