Twice a day I have pulverized steel oats soaked in water and mixed with protein. I drink it to get meals in between meals. These girls are making me want to count calories again. Love these two. Def my favorite BB ladies.

Ok stop the press’s! I’ve been googling how to drink wine in the evenings for years and still achieve a flat stomach. I’ve never been able to do it. I count every calorie during the day to have enough left over for the wine. App 350-400 calories for two glasses. It’s hard to get enough protein in when saving those calories for the evening. Any chance you could do a video on how you can drink wine and have your sick abs? I’d just be happy with a flat stomach but we’d all love to know if you have any tricks. So many of us love wine in the evening. Love your videos so much, thanks

Here’s a good diet meal. Get Greek yogurt PLAIN. Sweeten with either sugar free syrup OR a protein powder. I add this cereal from special k it’s the carb portion but it has 17 G protein so the meal has like 80g protein at 450 cal Note: I am 270 lbs…with abs… so adjust for you macros
I don't quite understand the bodybuilding or athletic meal phases where nothing can have seasoning. I.e. boiled and/or plain unseasoned chicken or meat, plain veggies, plain rice. There is a whole slew of dried powdered spices that are negligible in calories. Don't deprive yourself. That 'pudding' she made, add some tumeric (anti inflammatory ) and some cinnamon. Maybe some powdered ginger and nutmeg for a fall feeling. Or if you are just making oatmeal, what she made plus the spices above added is my morning breakfast. For meats, add dash of sea salt, ground pepper, garlic powder (another with anti inflammatory properties), onion powder. Maybe some rosemary if you're into that. For an, 'Italian' flavor add some dried basil and dried oregano with the others above. For 'Mexican' style add a few dashed of cumin and chili powder and see me smoked paprika. Greek: add cumin, dried mint. (Lamb) Fish, a squeeze of lemon juice and some dried dill. Almost any spice or seasoning can be purchased dried and in a small container or in bulk. Many spices have anti-inflammatory properties. That is why her trainer never took out the hot sauce. Kept flavor available.
Watched this while eating home made tomato soup (with a touch of chilli) and a grilled cheese sandwich made with 50% less fat cheddar. It was the bomb.
I really want to start eating to build muscle, but I’m terrified to eat rice because I’m diabetic and I don’t know if it’ll benefit me a hurt me in the long run.
I think you really have to experiment with food first to see how your body responds ....I'm a guy only 5'6 but 185pds. Bodybuilding is my life. When I'm bulking I always eat an egg on a bagel in the morning. I find that combo gets my appetite going in the morning. I will only eat slow digest carbs at the gym like oatmeal. Thats my go to. I also am crazy on eating lean ground turkey with diced tomatoes and taco seasoning thrown on a sweet potato. I use some monk sugar..not alot. This just keeps me racking up the calories for the day. Certain foods such as fish seems to kill my appetite. But the turkey man is the goat! :)
